Good location with reasonable price, this hotel provide three single beds in a room option

I love the place so much. It's so clean and nice. But there's only one problem which is sometimes the staff doing the cleaning so loudly in the middle of the night.

The water pressure is slow, and the TV channels are limited, only following Singapore specifications. The room is also quite small for a family space.

You pay for what you get. Used it as a stayover as my flight is early in the morning. Basic staying and water heater is ok. Aircon working also but room is very small. Placement of shower area is near the toilet paper area which makes the toilet paper unusable after bathin

Room was clean and looks like pictures. Only main problem was the aircon kept switching off every 15 minutes and unable to turn back on without resetting the switch.

So fast for the hotel stay.. only the amenities not completely served.

Although the location isnt that ideal due to heavy traffic but overall is good, facilities, clean, great communication with our host. The staff were so nice and friendly to help.

Location: It’s heading towards the highway to North bound. Hence, it is convenient and not too jam to travel around. Room condition and hotel: Old. Hotel management is doing maintenance to upgrade the hotel. Checked in got the third floor, but the door lock had issue. Had to change room. My first two nights was on the 2nd floor. The desk is positioned far away from the lights. TV not functioning. Then, the toilet got stucked. At first got the housekeeping to deal with it. But it wasn’t successful, hence requested a room change. Moved to the 1st floor on my last night. Everything was okay. Room comfort: Pillows too soft. Bed comfortable. Neighbours too loud. If you are taking the room facing the main road, it will be noisy. Cleanliness: The hotel management should really improve. Although they do housekeeping everyday, however, it is done simply, not thorough. But due to the old building, the mouldy smell, pest smell is quite strong. Clean sheets and towels are placed on the floor which is a no no. And, they placed the dirty sheets and towels at the reception area. Overall: if you’re planning to stay one night for a valuable price, it is worth it.

The hotel is comfortable, but the mattress is a bit uncomfortable to sleep on as it causes body aches.
