We booked family room. It is spacious with 2 double beds. It has 2 toilets. However the maintenance needed to be improved. Both toilet seats have already come out very dangerous. Its location is good, next door has breakfast.

Aircon was working well, but structure of the room is a bit weird, the wardrobe door has broken cum sounds. Overall, worth to stay.

We have stayed at this Hotel for numerous times until the Employees can recognise us too. Great place with Great Value.

It couldn't worse like this ever. From the cleaning serce to staff attitude in the last mins They didn't clean the room probably I dropped things under bed and night mare came from it. Hairs and dust from very long time ago. If for the service then it's disgusting dirty. In The mirror in the barhroom also dirty. All the doors in the room has problem. Once open and close always made noise. The soundroof system doesnt work as well. You cant sleep if the next room use th bathroom or cleaning service outside the door. Finally , once check out I did tell the staff about under bed dirty. She even not look at my face. Just quick reply " lets check" and later she stared at me no say sorry or any smile to said thank you. What's a bad service ever. Actually I need some actions from the hotel.

Always a good choice for Bukit Indah. Security at the lobby to look after your cars. Cleanliness is good. Some walking distance eateries around hotel.

Terrible low shower water pressure, no coffee and tea, no room service food, poor stand alone aircon unit, narrow corridors, impolite Front Desk staff, and all of these, the rate was HIGH! A 2 stars hotel pretending to be a 3 stars hotel. The only good thing is the hotel proximity to surrounding eateries, pubs and Aeon Mall.

We had a comfortable stay and service was good! Will be back again.

Saw this hotel long ago but did not booked it. For last trip to jb before vep starts, booked family suite which was cheaper than Airbnb. 2 big beds in spacious room, small tv but good connection of local and sg channels. 2pairs slippers in the room plus additional disposal slippers in cabinet. Love there’s 2 bathrooms and enjoyed jacuzzi in bathtub. Very convenient location near aeon mall and many eateries and massage shops. Sound protection is bad as window got gap, no parking and must park public. Wooden cabinet is super creaky and noisy, need upgrade. Good stay. Be careful of lift door as it closes quickly and no sensor even if someone in the middle.

This time good service. Request higher floor finally get. No like last time. Give me 1floor very noisy

the hotel room is spacious and it is easy to access to hotel .the front desk is friendly .

Clean room, clean toilet. Aircond also cold. Good location with a lot of shops nearby. Near to second link . The room not so big, just ok for 3 of us. Windows are also so small.

Basic simple hotel. Stay is ok but the carpet from lift to room is damn and moody with a strong foul smell at night. Can even smell when in the room. Luckily they did something n was ok the next morning.
