Z Hotel Bewertungen

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil die Bewertungen ausgezeichnet sind, aber zu meiner großen Enttäuschung musste ich zweimal das Zimmer wechseln, und zwar aus folgenden Gründen: 1. Zimmer: Ich habe **** auf der Toilettenschüssel gefunden und es war so ekelhaft, dass ich es nicht geschafft habe, ein Foto zu machen. Wir bekamen sofort ein neues Zimmer. Der Angestellte hat nicht einmal die Toilette überprüft und uns gesagt, dass er das Housekeeping darüber informieren würde. 2. Zimmer: Kein warmes Wasser aus der Dusche. Die Heizung funktioniert offensichtlich nicht, aber der Angestellte hat uns gebeten, das Wasser 15 Minuten laufen zu lassen, danach kommt heißes Wasser. So eine Verschwendung! Selbst nach 15 Minuten ist das Wasser immer noch kalt und wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer zum Wechseln. 3. Zimmer: Wieder hat der Toilettendeckel ****-Flecken! Die Rezeption geht vermutlich nicht mehr ans Telefon, weil es schon nach 12 Uhr ist und wir einfach zu erschöpft waren, um das Zimmer noch zu wechseln! Das Zimmer ist im obersten Stockwerk und es war heiß wie im Ofen! Die Klimaanlage ist nicht kalt genug und wir müssen ohne Decke schlafen. Werde nie wieder hierher kommen!

Gute Lage, guter Service, schöne Aussicht?

The room is big and spacious. It is nice to have carpet just that need to clean more thoroughly not easy.

Nice and comfort located in the city center of Johor Bahru, many restaurants and bars nearby as well

Promising location just 5 mins walk from city square. Quite easy to hail for grab just need to watch out for evening jam there due to night market ? Gym is new which is brilliant. Comfortable stay in general. The only boo boo is that the singing at the night market can last past midnight . Requesting for higher floors helped.

My fav hotel when i go to JB. Who come to JB should stay here. Because this hotel near BAZAR KARAT JB.

5 mins to JB city square and Komtar shopping mall. Good customer service at reception. Fast check in and out. Very comfortable bed and spacious rooms. The car needs to access via car lift which makes parking there very safe. Highly recommended. 3rd time coming back to Z hotel.

Check in and check out is the relativity easy. But the cleanliness of the room is below standard. There’s bed sheet have minor stains, the bathroom smells of cigarettes from the previous occupant upon check in. But don’t understand why when it’s cleaned it was noticed? Luckily there’s exhaust fan Bathroom which eventually removed the cigarette smell after 1hour. Top of the Bathroom at per attached image. Please note that the hotel is right beside the expressway, great view but it’s noisy at night. Not suitable for light sleeper.

Good location, very convenient. Room is spacious and clean. Will definitely recommend to friend and family

Overall it was good since it was near all the popular spots in Johor Bahru, all within walking distance which is always appreciated!

The hotel is at a very convenient location. 2nd time staying and the bed and pillows are still very comfortable, except that the room is still quite dusty. Has all the necessary amenities but no ices provided. But overall, great hotel for the price and convenience!

got a free upgrade but wish they stuck to our room cuz the upgraded room is much bigger and my bf commented it felt like a dormitory too haha doesnt feel as cozy. but very nice and comfy! feels clean and nice :))

Nice location and easy access from CIQ. Room & toilet is spacious.
