Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Sicherheitsschachtel und wir wurden sofort von Zimmern wechselt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und komfortabel. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bereit, Ihnen in allem zu helfen. Wir empfahlten eine Tour und war sehr gut. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und zu einem angemessenen Preis. Sie haben Transportdienst und können Sie auch an jedem Ort zu einem angemessenen Preis nehmen.

Wie waren in diesem großartigen Hotel nur eine Nacht zur Zwischen- Übernachtung; es handelt sich um eine weitläufige, gut gepflegte Anlage mit zahlreichen Gartenplätzen, das Ganze hat Resort- Charakter. Das Hotel ist an einem Hang liegend über mehrere Ebenen, und man wird mit einem Golfwagen dem im Gepäck zum Zimmer gebracht. Hoch über allem ist ein fantastisches Restaurant mit Blick auf Johannesburg. Die Fahrzeit vom Flughafen beträgt rund eine halbe Stunde. Ich würde dieses Hotel immer für einen Aufenthalt in Johannesburg empfehlen, der Zoo ist nicht weit weg, und man hat eine ruhige, entspannte Hotel Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist fantastisch, der Service umfassend, es gab sogar im Vorfeld einen Anruf zu unseren Wünschen. Die Zimmer Ausstattung war auch bestens. Wer in Johannesburg übernachten will oder muss, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Einziger minus ist der winzige Pool, der sicherlich bei besserer Auslastung schnell überlaufen sein wird, dafür war er aber gut geheizt Der kleine Pool im Spa ist zu unserer Überraschung nicht geheizt gewesen.

Die Houghton Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und untergebracht, hilf mir, meinen Aufenthalt zu verlängern, wenn Wasserversorgungsprobleme in der Heimat andauerten und das Hotel nahe Kapazität war. Ich hatte immer eine tolle Erfahrung, wenn ich hier mit meinem Arbeitgeber für Konferenzen und Strategiesitzungen komme, und das Hotel behält seine hohen Standards. Danke an das Personal, dass es mich so komfortable wie möglich in meinem zeitweiligen Haus gemacht hat!

Picked this hotel due mostly to location, stayed only one night. We used the Gautrain to get to the hotel from the airport, it was an easy and safe walk with luggage to the hotel along a pedestrian only street. Check in staff were very friendly and offered us a much needed cool welcome drink. Room was wonderful, AC was working and we each had a generous bottle of water, if there was any load shedding that night we did not notice it. We decided to dine in the hotels Proud Mary restaurant after noticing it seemed to be the busiest restaurant on the street, we were not disappointed, we had an excellent dinner and breakfast the next morning. Door staff stored our luggage the next day as we toured around a bit, and when we returned to pick it up they offered us a lift to the Gautrain station in a golf cart, which was really appreciated. This hotel and restaurant exceeded our expectations, wished we had time to spend another night.

By far, the best 5 star service that you will find in Johannesburg. The staff alone are professional enough for you to be motivated for your stay. The greeting from some of the first class managers including Bella, and Dingaan was exceptional! Then, we had a birthday trip planned, the senior manager Monica had arranged some incredible welcome surprises, and that just made the trip that much more enjoyable. Next, the restaurant, was busy from day through the night, with the best food, and I can tell you they had some excellent vegetarian options. Anywhere that we wanted to go, the staff were always on hand to accommodate with excellent service. I will be making another trip before the end of the year, it was that good. Der Mall ist mit dem Hotel verbunden und der Bereich ist immer noch sicher für mich als einsamer weiblicher Reisende zu Fuß. Es gibt auch MCD, KFC und Starbucks in der Nähe, wenn Sie nicht für das Frühstück wählen wollten.

Normal we stay at woodmead but this time we selected this place. This is a beautiful building with a big location. Roomare spacious and very clean way better than express. The best part is they have bathtub. Beds were good and room had amazijg view. The location is very near to CBD . This is a big campus. It's properly gated with security guard. Overall it was very good location. It has a good ball room, lounge, a pub and nice resturant. We liked the lounge area where there is a big piano. The food was good and brekfast was also amazing. Staff was very courteous and very helpfull. Overall we loved our stay here. Highly recommended.

The most friendly team and the best service ever!! I absolutely LOVED this hotel! Everything about my stay was 10/10. I checked in a little early and they found a beautiful room for me. They helped with my luggage and didn’t hang around expecting a tip.. which made me want to give one! The reception staff were so happy and friendly when I arrived and they asked a lot of questions about my trip and even where I live The room was a very good size, large bed like sleeping on a cloud. Shower with a window overlooking the city and a big bath which I enjoyed. The hotel is also attached to a beautiful shopping centre with amazing restaurants, shops and all services that you need. I ordered room service and they made me the most delicious omelet even through the breakfast service had finished. Breakfast the following day was also wonderful!! I can’t fault this hotel. They did everything right And MORE!! I would definitely stay again.
