Though sunny days were not for us on this trip, sunny memories remain with us from the incredible hospitality and insightful training we travelled for. We had everything that we needed at the tips of our fingers, and our host engaged us with all the best recommendations from her heart. Yummy and sufficient breakfast, and she was ready to help for even earlier servings if necessary. Quiet neighborhood and tranquil, only struggle was our journeys out to join the main road lol. Overall a hidden gem! Very ideal for our business trip

Denise, the owner of the place was super friendly and welcoming and very helpful with travel advice and recommendations.The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast fresh made and tasty,we would ever choose it again

It was a pleasure to arrive at BandB on 8th Avenue and find it was every bit as good as it was on our previous visit. The atmosphere is relaxed and caring. There is no fuss yet everything is available be it for a chat to Denise or to other guests. Everyone gets on and talk and chatter in a very mature and positive way. The rooms are provided with all the necessary equipment and the food is freshly cooked when you appear for breakfast. I will not stay anywhere else when in Jo burg.

The guesthouse is great (good equipment and excellent location in a safe area). Denise, the owner, is very nice, caring, has good recommandations and is always available to help. I highly recommend B&B on 8th Avenue !

Hi, we have booked a total of 3 rooms for 2 nights. From the first contact to the final goodbye the service felt absolutly great.The rooms are well equiped. The beds are big and you don't want to get out again. Very compfortable in a quiet enviroment. Wifi - top. Shower- top. Parking - safe and top. Breakfast was served on a beautifully decorated table in an open kitchen. Eggs were prepared as we liked it, cereals, joghurt, fruits (you name it) was availabe and very tasty. Besides that were were always helped with any question we had. Restaurants, Uber, special request for breakfast, no need was left unsolved. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We felt treated like family. Highly recommended!

I loved my stay at B&B on 8th Ave. It felt like home. Denise was great, cooking up a fabulous breakfast in the morning and keeping me company with interesting conversation. Unfortunately I forgot that I could've made use of the a la carte dinner option, instead I ordered in and made use of the great amenities and facilities provided. I was a solo traveler and I felt extremely safe here. It's also well-situated and close and easily accessible to all the places I needed to go. Definitely highly recommended.

I’ve stayed at B&B on 8th Avenue three times, and each visit has been excellent. It’s always my top choice for booking, and my partner feels the same way. The rooms are immaculate, the breakfast is exceptional, and the host is incredibly friendly and engaging. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace, privacy, security, and a cozy, home-like atmosphere.
