從來不太有點評習慣的我，第一次為一家酒店寫下這段長長的文字來表達我的感受和感動！我入住這家酒店的本意，是在三樓吃火鍋，本來已經和同事定好了另外一家酒店，聽説這家酒店的海鮮火鍋很有特色就慕名過來嚐嚐。結果讓我意外的不是好吃的火鍋，而是這個酒店的服務讓我折服，果斷取消另外一家酒店訂單毫不猶豫選擇這裏。事情的起因是，我們一行五人，朋友還帶着孩子過來就餐，誰知道用餐客人特別多，需要等座，我們拿着號在一樓徘徊等待的時候，因為下雨風特別大，門口的自動門時不時打開，我們就自覺往前台靠了靠，這時候前台小姐姐很熱情的給我們倒薑茶，説先喝點熱水暖一暖，我們表示是在樓上用餐的，但是小姐姐還是很客氣的説沒關係，到了酒店就是客人。人手一杯薑茶的同時還引導我們去二樓等座，我們瞬間感覺很温暖，因為等座時間太長朋友帶着孩子的飯菜已經冰涼了，我們就下來詢問前台是否有可以加熱的地方，這時候前廳一個短髮的經理馬上説稍等一下，14樓可以幫忙加熱，立馬拿着我們準備的飯菜就去樓上了，大概15分鐘左右下來，三份飯菜已經加熱了，我們當時就非常不好意思了。不是來酒店消費的，反而受到如此高的禮遇，覺得這頓飯即使等待這麼長時間也值得。最讓我們意外的是後面，我們用完餐以後，在一樓等朋友開車，另外一個朋友可能喝多了，臉通紅的，在沙發上眯着了。這時候前台小姐姐又過來詢問是否不舒服，是否需要泡一杯蜂蜜水醒酒，我們還沒有迴應，一會兒蜂蜜水就端過來了。這一系列的舉動讓我們同行人都驚呼，這服務也太到位了吧，小姐姐還在跟我們介紹喝酒了需要休息的話可以選擇入住酒店，晚班會隨時關注客人的情況。我們馬上反應過來還去其他酒店做什麼？這不就是理想的住處嘛？即使不是他們的客人服務態度如此優秀，有什麼理由拒絕！在人性冷漠的社會，竟然有一家如此有温度的酒店，讓我們感覺特別的舒服和踏實！也特別感動這裏的服務人員對我們每一件小事的迴應！入住之後的房間真的滿足我們對房間所有的需求，以後定點就這家了！極力推薦👍🏻

Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat keine Tür und das zweite Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer haben Schiebetüren, die nicht geschlossen werden können. In einem so großen Raum (100 Quadratmeter im Ober- und Untergeschoss) gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank, sondern nur einfache Kleiderbügel. Die Wohnungsgestaltung ist unzumutbar, der Platz im ersten Stock ist zu geräumig und verschwendet und die beiden Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock, insbesondere das zweite Schlafzimmer, sind zu eng. 2. Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig, es gibt nicht viele Variationen, kaum auf dem Niveau eines schnellen Hotels. 3. Der hygienische Zustand ist durchschnittlich. Auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer sind große Flecken (wie auf dem Bild zu sehen), was schrecklich ist. 4. Die Hauspreise schwanken zu stark und der Preis für eine Buchung im Voraus ist tatsächlich viel höher als vor Ort, was den Gästen ein schlechtes Erlebnis beschert. Nach der Verhandlung war die Haltung des Ladens positiv und es wurde eine angemessene Entschädigung bereitgestellt.
