Well located, 10min walk from the Night Market. Very nice and comfortable room. Hotel building is quite new, well maintained and clean. Breakfast was ok, since there were few guests, two options were offered (see photo). Coffee was not their strongpoint nor fried egg which tasted a bit strange.

This hotel is within walking distance of the Starlight Night Market and surrounded by many other hotels, restaurants, and shops, making it a very convenient place to stay. Breakfast is included—buffet style on weekends and a fixed menu on weekdays. I have a gluten allergy, but the availability of mixian (rice noodles) made it easy to find a safe and satisfying option. The room I stayed in had its own courtyard with a swing, which made it especially relaxing. The towels and linens were high quality, and even the slippers had thick, comfortable soles. The breakfast staff were quick and attentive, and I found them particularly kind. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xishuangbanna.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. As a returning customer, the manager gave us an upgrade by surprise, which made our stay extra comfy. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Especially Mrs Lei who works in the restaurant. She offered her own coffee to us in early morning before the barista started working. She also provided us exactly what we wanted for each breakfast, on time. My partner is from the UK, he said that he has never felt so at home abroad just because of Mrs Lei!

Air cond not cold. Hot water takes a long time to come. Not much happening around the hotel. When I checked out at 6am, there was nobody at reception. The bed is firm and comfortable.

It is more like a boutique hotel. The rooms are quite clean and spacious. The staff was helpful all the time, although the pool was not clean as I would expect, also no western breakfast aside from the toast with butter and jam, and no proper latte or cappuccino. I was unfortunate for having the workers next to my room, because they were building another hotel. But once their duty was over, it was quite silent and calm. It is close to the night market, just 15-20 minutes waking distance and 10 minutes away to the theater. There are several options around for food, tourist agencies and spas. Overall, I had a nice stay!

Such a pleasant stay! It’s a really nice and modern hotel! Really peaceful and quiet around. The pool was amazing with a nice view. Our room had its own terrace with a table and chairs outside and the location was close to the touristic places. The breakfast was mostly Chinese, not too many options to choose from but I think it’s understandable since the hotel its not really big.

We had a really nice and relaxing stay at Xishuangbanna. The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to the night market. Within the city center, the hotel provides a shuttle. The receptionists were all very friendly and we felt really comfortable.

在網上對比很多家定的酒店，位置很方便。前台小姐姐很熱情很漂亮像一位傣族小姐姐，酒店對小朋友很友好！乾淨衞生整潔，泳池很乾凈我們去的時候天氣微冷沒下水！距離星光夜市很近還有景區也很方便。早餐很豐富，酒店的每個工作人員都很棒👍🏻為我們一家的西雙版納之行帶來了歡樂！！🙏🏻工作人員的熱情你們值得一個五星🌟有機會來西雙版納還會入住你們酒店✺◟😄◞✺

房間很大，前台小姐姐服務很周到，態度特別好，一樓房間還有院子，院子裏有秋千，適合放空發呆，早飯地方也是一個很不錯的飯店，風景很美

如果非得住這裏，那就不要選便宜的房型，太小了，特憋屈，不推薦。大户型的我住不起，沒法評價。早餐一般，餐廳服務做的還行，其他就基本沒服務了，房間也不打掃。

房間漂亮，設施高檔；設施新，衞生好。酒店位置絕佳，能看到180度瀾滄江江景；在告莊裡麪，去星光夜市不到200米，非常方便；停車方便；泳池漂亮。早餐好，雷師傅的服務周到貼心

挺失望的。 不足：1、房間太太太太小了……放了行李箱基本沒啥空間了。2、房門和一樓公廁門不足1米，門一開就是一股惡臭…3、隔音非常差，被半夜隔壁的外賣聲音吵醒。4、早餐及其一般，甚至算差…… 優點：服務人員態度尚可
