25日中午的高個子女生前台態度非常惡劣，在我們拒絕辦卡和加微信後，臉直接就垮下來了，並在之後的詢問中表現的非常不耐煩，直接摔手機離開，實在是太厲害了！我們沒有任何的言語辱罵和侮辱，説的話還沒前台一半多，就遭受這樣的待遇，要是嘴皮子快一點的，手機不得直接往臉上呼。難道住你們酒店必須得辦會員卡嗎？要是衹有辦卡才能得到正常接待，請在攜程上標註出來，讓我提前避雷好吧:）。 這樣令人感歎的變臉技巧和服務態度，是一個連鎖酒店該有的表現嗎？這樣的服務對得起三百塊的價格嗎？這還能稱得上是服務嗎？😓 並且後來為我們辦理入住的前台，也沒有對我們所遭受的不公平對待有任何的解釋和道歉，那個女生的行為就這樣掩過去了，成功讓我對金昌的印象降到谷底。 房間的設施和裝修挺好的，就是隔音不太好，不要選樓梯口，在房間裏可以聽到來往人的説話聲。 酒店早餐還不錯，服務人員挺熱情的，但是酒店周圍沒什麼好吃的，吃飯還是要向市中心走。 最後，前台那個高個子女生態度非常差!非常差！!非常差!!!除此以外的人員的態度都挺好的，但是一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋湯，其他人的服務無法彌補已經敗壞的好感，這就是你們酒店的門面，不會再來了💩。
