Großes Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter zögerten nicht, mir zu helfen. Ich spreche überhaupt nicht Chinesisch, aber es war super einfach hier mit der Unterstützung des Personals zu bleiben. Ich war zu müde, um zu gehen zu essen, also bat ich das Personal, für mich einen Nüffel zu bestellen. Es war ein großer Service und ein gutes Abendessen. Ich empfehle nachdrücklich, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben, besonders wenn Sie ein Ausländer wie ich sind.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room left a lasting impression. Immaculate and well-maintained, it truly reflected the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable environment for guests. The inclusion of complete toiletries further enhanced the overall experience, ensuring that every essential was readily available. The hotel's strategic location near Jinan Railway Station and its accessibility to public transportation were major advantages. This made exploring the city a breeze, and I appreciated the convenience it added to my trip. One of the standout features was the culinary experience. The on-site dining options offered a diverse range of delectable dishes, leaving my taste buds thoroughly satisfied. Although the absence of coffee was noted, the rich variety of other beverage options more than compensated for it. The toilet facilities were not only pristine but also surprisingly innovative. The sound-proof design allowed for a private and serene experience, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The added touch of background music created a unique ambiance, transforming the bathroom into a personal concert space. I must commend the receptionists for their exceptional hospitality. Their welcoming demeanor and willingness to assist with any inquiries added a warm touch to the overall stay. It was evident that the staff was dedicated to ensuring guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. My stay at Xi'an Hotel (Jinan West Railway Station) was a delightful experience characterized by cleanliness, convenience, delectable dining, innovative facilities, and excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a memorable stay in Jinan.

I feel very lucky to find this hotel during my stay in Ji Nan with my family. The hotel is conveniently located for all major attractions; all are in walking distance. It is super clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel is modern and tasteful. The facilities are new and trendy. There are many food choices for breakfast, too. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room smelt pretty bad… a smell rising up from the drain in the bathroom made the whole experience quite uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast was not great. The theming was quite funny, though. Felt like a tacky ping-pong themed KTV in a third-tier city. So that’s a thing. My wife hated the fact that the elevator was playing Fur Elise on a loop. The service staff tried to be very attentive, but in the process kept bothering us at weird times to offer yoghurt and water. So… fine. Should be cheaper.

The hotel itself is lovely and the service is great. Breakfast selection was also pleasing. The room was spacious and very clean. 😊😊😊 But it’s in a developing industrial area and has limited food dinner places around it. But right outside the hotel door, there’s a BBQ restaurant which was great. Stay if you want proximity to the airport not if you want to go out for the night.
