Although the absence of coffee was noted, the rich variety of other beverage options more than compensated for it. The toilet facilities were not only pristine but also surprisingly innovative. The sound-proof design allowed for a private and serene experience, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The added touch of background music created a unique ambiance, transforming the bathroom into a personal concert space. I must commend the receptionists for their exceptional hospitality. Their welcoming demeanor and willingness to assist with any inquiries added a warm touch to the overall stay. It was evident that the staff was dedicated to ensuring guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. My stay at Xi'an Hotel (Jinan West Railway Station) was a delightful experience characterized by cleanliness, convenience, delectable dining, innovative facilities, and excellent service. The room smelt pretty bad… a smell rising up from the drain in the bathroom made the whole experience quite uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast was not great. The theming was quite funny, though. Felt like a tacky ping-pong themed KTV in a third-tier city. So that’s a thing. My wife hated the fact that the elevator was playing Fur Elise on a loop. The service staff tried to be very attentive, but in the process kept bothering us at weird times to offer yoghurt and water. So… fine. Should be cheaper.

I feel very lucky to find this hotel during my stay in Ji Nan with my family. The hotel is conveniently located for all major attractions; all are in walking distance. It is super clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel is modern and tasteful. The facilities are new and trendy. There are many food choices for breakfast, too. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

Mir gefällt die Ausstattung des Zimmers sehr gut! ! Und das Design ist großartig! ! Der Service ist sehr rücksichtsvoll! Obwohl das Frühstück etwas überfüllt war, wurde es sehr schnell gepackt und pünktlich wieder aufgefüllt! Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür und es ist sehr praktisch, ein paar hundert Meter zur Furong Street zu laufen, um etwas zu essen! Daneben gibt es auch ein supergroßes Hang Lung und Century Metropolis! Das Einzige ist, dass die Kissen im Zimmer etwas schmutzig waren, aber die Kissenbezüge wurden rechtzeitig gewechselt! Dennoch sehr zu empfehlen!
