The location is great. Bedroom is clean and tidy, but I smell cigaratte, may be someone smoked in the balcony before (very light). There's room for improvement, on swimming pool cleanliness.

Booked it for my parents. Great location close the airport. My parents are satisfied. However, the price dropped significantly since my booking.

哇哦、這個酒店真的很美、房間大、我覺得第一次來這個酒店不要去別的酒店、房間裏很漂亮、乾淨、從陽台上可以看到非常美麗的景色, 房間裏有一台咖啡機、茶、冰箱和冰櫃，你可以存放自己的東西，對我來説，這是我第一次去這樣的酒店，房間裏有凈化系統，游泳池又大又漂亮，甚至在去游泳池之前，你就有一個温泉水，房間裏還有一個很大的🛁, 我們不需要走出酒店，因為它什麼都有，強烈推薦。 As a person who travels a lot, this is the first time i book a hotel and stay in the hotel without going out of it, let me start with the room, i give the room 9/10 and why, cause they provide everything in the room Coffee machine nesspresso, Tea, Water cattle, Fridge and freezer. A table for eating, Microwave 😍. Toliet. Bathtub with a great soap for bathing, A very nice and clean shower and a big toliet, Body cream . The room is so big with a balcony with a very beautiful view, living room. So beautiful and clean, and a very nice design, The room has a purifier system! Have you even seen that in a hotel. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy. They do provide massage services. The swimming pool is another level, it is big, and they even have a hot water spring inside the changing room. I only have one comment that the tv wasn’t converting from the bed room to the living room, and there is no mirroring in the tv. Overall stay : 8.5/10 👌🏻😍 I would just like if they make some more events and entertainment activities. Thanks 🙏🏻

因為去桂林住的就是施柏閣，體驗感很棒！這次來濟南特意選的施柏閣，酒店環境非常好，房間乾淨，人員服務都非常熱情，退房時還送了水果，水果的質量都是很好的那種，孩子們很喜歡，特別選山景房下次再來會選園景房，早晨的自助餐特別豐富，非常好的一次體驗，，環境特別好，空間很大，完全加分項，贊贊贊👍

房間很大，冬天入住温度也可以，管家小如的服務也很到位，主動詢問是否需要多送幾瓶水，拖鞋等，早餐還行吧，中規中矩，只是冬天冷，酒店周圍光禿禿的，沒啥景色，入住第一天孩子想去游泳結果泳池頭一天維護，水温低沒法下水，第二天才去的，孩子沒玩夠，等天氣暖和了還會再去

酒店環境很不錯，工作人員的熱情服務更是貼心，房間寬敞明亮，床品乾淨舒適，尤其枕頭和床墊，休息的很好，工作人員小茹和欣然服務很好非常熱情。會常來的
