The hotel is quite clean and really value for money. It is in the city centre, very convenient to all the tourists place.

The staff was very welcoming and very helpful too. The room was beautiful and very clean. I'd definitely book it again. It's in a great location with reserved parking too.

Friendly staffs, located near the university. There are several restaurants nearby but no coffee shop. Facilities are completed, I like the music show very much. The cleanliness is ok, they can make it better.

前台服務態度非常好 入住給免費升級了房間🫡員工都很熱情 有問題立即給解決 房間整潔打掃的很乾凈 酒店地理位置也很好 附近不到一公里就是商場 。距離大明湖趵突泉也都很近 出門坐公交就可以直接到達 酒店還非常貼心的給準備了出行攻略 濟南熱門景點都有小標簽 需要的話前台直接領取就行🥳 下次來濟南還住這一家

非常滿意的一次體驗，酒店雖然陳舊，一樓走廊有點潮味，但抵擋不了前台小哥哥小姐姐的熱情服務，非常體貼，贈送袋子裝東西，晚上回來晚時還免費幫忙升級房間，睡的特別好。

服務很好 工作人員都很熱情 説話超有禮貌 而且很貼心看到我們帶了小朋友專門給了小朋友的洗漱用品，酒店位置也很好出行都很方便 ，房間和大廳都很乾凈整潔 住的很舒心

過年期間貴就算了可這家店刷新了我之前對希岸的認知啊。房間舊就算了關鍵是得乾淨啊，地上滿是渣渣、毛絮，桌面上枱燈旁一層薄薄的灰，暖氣片子上也是灰，好歹還得把地掃乾淨嘛，面子活兒得搞乾淨吧，他們是一點也不在乎啊。還有那個破門是一點也不隔音啊，衞生間還反味兒，一進衞生間就是臭下水道味，我都不敢開衞生間門

設施：設施不錯 18年裝修的也沒有顯得陳舊 衞生：衞生值得好評。被褥房間都很乾凈。 服務：這價格酒店應有的水平 環境：周邊環境很不錯 周圍就有印象城商場。離地鐵站也很近。

沒想到希岸也有這種房間，進門之後有異味，問要香薰，前台説沒有，拿噴壺讓我自己在房間裏面噴兩下，門關不上，一直報警，想要不報警，就得用非常大的勁關上，整體體驗非常不好
