GGastnutzerI'm an American here in China studying kung fu for the year and took a trip to Jinan for a short weekend getaway to unwind a bit. I really enjoyed the Atour Light hotel! It's my second time staying in an Atour hotel and I have once again been left wanting for nothing. My Chinese is actually atrocious but the front desk staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and, I must say, I generally really hate bathrooms and need to wear a pair of slippers just to enter the facility but this has not been the case at either of the Atour hotels I've stayed at. The ambience is great, the amenities perfect for what I was looking for, and the location beyond excellent. Local food stops right outside the gate of the hotel and, if you're a westerner looking for something familiar, McDonald's is right around the corner too. No need for that though, the local feed hits the spot. All that to say, I have no complaints. Great service, great room, great location. 10/10 recommend.

Die Schalldämmwirkung des Zimmers ist durchschnittlich und der Lärm relativ laut, was die Ruhe beeinträchtigt.

Das Hotel selbst war großartig, sauber und komfortabel, und hatte alles, was Sie für einen guten Aufenthalt und eine ruhige Übernachtung benötigten. Das Zimmer selbst war großartig. Ich hatte etwas Verwirrung, als ich am Morgen aufstieg, um den Shuttlebus zum Flughafen zu bekommen bei 5.30 am Aber es wurde gesagt, dass der einzige Shuttlebus um 5 Uhr zurückgeblieben war! Warum hat mir jemand das nicht klar erläutert? Die meisten Hotels, die ich in der Vergangenheit in der Nähe des Flughafens geblieben habe, haben jeden 30 Minuten Busse zum Flughafen am Morgen früh. Ich suchte die Hilfe der jungen Rezeptionisten, um mich bei der schnellen Einfahrt eines Taxis zu helfen. Aber sie schien irritiert, dass ich ihre frühe Morgenroutine stört hatte, als sie nur interessiert war, ihre Telefon-Video-Spiel zu beenden! Und nicht zu helfen! Unglaublich! Das Mädchen Rezeptionist sagte, das Hotel hat keinen Kontakt Taxiservice. Ich gab dem Empfangsmitglied mein Telefon und sie fand endlich einen Taxidienst und ich machte es zum Flughafen. Mein Chinese war nicht gut genug, all das selbst zu tun. Aber insgesamt, eine gute Nacht und ein gutes Hotel.

GGastnutzer中秋節過後的週末帶着70多歲的父母來濟南玩耍，之所以訂這家酒店是因為能住在大明湖裡麪想想就很愜意！雖然父母腿腳不好但根本不用擔心從酒店出來玩會不方便，我們9點多高鐵到濟南站，打車去了黑虎泉，不是很遠，中午在離酒店200米左右的魁盛居吃完午餐（去晚了會排隊哦）走着到了明湖居停車場，給酒店打電話，很快來了個擺渡車接我們，把我們送到酒店大門口，開車的是前台小美女小李妹妹，她的服務非常貼心，還很有耐心，對我們提出的疑問，耐心解答，我們每次出入大門，都會扶着我父母上下樓梯，幫我們聯繫車送我們去景點，還幫我們申請了早餐，早餐在碼頭的對岸，早上間隔半小時就會發一班車送過去，這裏特別要感謝，一位姓魏的帥哥，每次送我們去各個景點，都會攙扶我父母上下車，對長者非常有耐心，而且去吃早餐的時候，因為一輛車人比較多了，怕我父母上下車不方便，特意又開了一輛車送我們去吃早餐，真是特別感謝！説到早餐也很豐富，味道非常好，食材很新鮮！這次濟南旅遊最滿意的就是訂這家酒店，離各個景點都不遠，而且服務非常棒，每一位服務人員都非常好，讓我們感受到了非常貼心的服務！在房間裏悠然的喝喝茶看看大明湖裡麪的迷人景色，感受暖心的服務！超完美的一次旅行！下次還要來濟南，還要住在這家酒店！
