The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

Das Zimmer war kompakt und schlecht eingerichtet. Mangel 1: Aus ästhetischen Gründen ist das Abflussrohr unter der Spüle am Eingang in der Tür versiegelt, sodass es beim Händewaschen etwas im Weg ist und sehr unangenehm ist. Mangel 2: Die Gepäckablage neben dem Waschbecken ist zu klein. Selbst ein 24-Zoll-Koffer lässt sich nicht öffnen. Außerdem steht er sehr nah am Bett. Kann man beim Öffnen des Koffers laufen? Mangel drei: Obwohl Trocken- und Nassbereich getrennt sind, ist der Duschbereich offen und verfügt nicht einmal über einen Duschvorhang. Das bedeutet, dass man auf dem Weg zur Toilette über den nassen Boden laufen muss! Die Hygiene im Hotel ist recht gut, alle Toilettenartikel sind vorhanden, Föhn und Smart-WC sind wohl neu installiert, ich hoffe aber, dass die unpassende Zimmergestaltung angepasst werden kann.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Zimmerkonzept kann für Kette Hotels wie Mausen, zum Palast und zum Eingang in die Wuenmen innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sein. Es gibt viele Internet-Rote Laden, die Sie probieren können. Das Frühstück des Hotels kann auch geliefert werden, es gibt nicht viele Arten, aber es ist besonders für die Guangdong-Bevölkerung geeignet. Es gibt auch die Hotelhalle, die in zwei großen Kühlschränken mit Wasser füllen, die man nehmen kann, es ist zu bequem für das Wetter, das jetzt heiß ist, Wasser zu kaufen. First time to Jieyang and this hotel is a gem in terms of location near to Jinanmen Gate and Tianfu Street, high level of comfort with good space, great service from counter, room cleaning and breakfast area. We always enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. Better not be too late for breakfast as it ends at 9.30am. Highly recommend this hotel.
