The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

Der Service ist sehr enthusiastisch, die Zimmeranlagen sind auch sehr intelligent, es gibt auch intelligente Plätze, eine Überraschung. Das Bett ist auch sehr groß und sehr komfortabel, im Allgemeinen ist es auch nicht schlecht, es ist sehr nah an den Yang-Sehenswürdigkeiten, es ist in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. 房間很有特色，大榻榻米睡着很舒服。酒店居然還有提供晚餐自助餐和早餐自助餐，各色粵式早茶點和潮州小吃，還有燉湯…菜品太太豐富了，都不需要再出門找吃的了。關鍵酒店離進賢門很近，離揭陽學宮、城隍廟、雷神廟（三地挨一起的）也不到1公里，實在是很方便，性價比真高，服務也很好很熱情，值得推薦。

I would say it's one of the best room in Jie Yang. Good bed. Good Water. Good Air-conditioning. Remember level 5 washing & drying for cloths very very friendly. Very friendly front desk serving you hot tea, this is very personal approach - showing generous hospitality from Jie Yang... You wouldnt want to miss this Hotel. Good job - Lavender Hotel...!!! Der Feind der Ankunft ist sehr bequem. Der Hotelservice ist auch sehr gut, um uns Wasser zu geben, während wir auf den Wagen warten. Das Hotel ist auch sehr sauber. Ich mag es, ich mag Feuchtigkeit!!!!
