We chose the hotel because of the location and the pick up and drop off service, and we have to point out that our flight was canceled and we arrived at the airport at 2:00 am and promptly there was a component from the hotel to pick us up, the room is perfect , clean , we only have one comment to make , I believe the Hotel could have coffee available! ☕️😉

I recently stayed at Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Hotel and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest.
Arrived around 8.30pm on 26/10 and was immediately served w hot tea to keep ourselves warmed. Checking in was a breeze and I was very impressed with the corner table with thoughtful items for you to take in case you have forgotten to bring along during your travel.
We want to express our appreciation towards the lady staff 007, who helped us to unload the heavy luggages from our car onto the luggage trolley and even brought up to our rooms personally.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Toilet seat is always warmed up for the cold weather. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in.
Breakfast was flavorful and beautifully presented. The dining area was clean and comfortable.
The location was ideal, 1/2 an hour to airport and 20mins to a local mall making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this a memorable trip. I highly recommend Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and look forward to returning in the future.

XXuanyixiangnanDas Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, die Familiensuite ist sehr geräumig und auch sonst ist alles perfekt. Es wäre besser, wenn die Badewassertemperatur höher sein könnte. Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Der große und gutaussehende Mann mit Brille, der uns in der Lobby begrüßte, war sehr nett und half uns, unser Gepäck auf das Zimmer zu tragen.

MMiaMiaDie Hosts sind sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und auch organisiert. Allerdings hat uns der Name ”Holiday Inn” irregführt. Man erwartet wirklich ein Holiday Inn, was man bekommt ist ein ortsansässiges Guesthouse. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und funktionell, Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Tee sind vorhanden, Bad und Dusche sind okay, Bett war sehr bequem.
Das Frühstück konnten wir aufgrund der frühen Abreise nicht in Anspruch nehmen.
Wenn man die Umgebung und den ersten Eindruck verarbeitet hat, ist es okay.

I do not have a local number so I asked a customer service desk in TFU airport to help me to call the hotel pickup and get the vehicle number. The one that picked me up was 川A DM7885. Great to have this service available from the hotel. They also pick up other passengers from other hotels before dropping us off.
Location is good, plenty of food options available until 2am (can choose either right beside the hotel or walk 10 minutes for even more food choices). It used to be a small farming town that got transformed into many hotels to cater to the TFU airport transit passengers.
Service staff at night was friendly and helpful, even helping me to plan my transport for the next day. However dealing with the morning shift staff was somewhat unpleasant, since they asked me to cancel my hotel booking in Chengdu because they were trying to persuade me to sign up to their vacation package. Not a good way to do business.
The room was basic. Hot water shower in my room was inconsistent, had to wait a long time to get warm water (not hot). The water kettle was leaking a bit when boiling water, which I hope they've already replaced. The corridor lights are sensor operated, and it looks dark until you start walking. The courtyard is nice but also not as fancy as the photos.
Overall ok for just 1 night stay.
