旅遊過來的 暫時小憩在這座沱江邊美麗的城市，酒店服務不錯，有行李寄存，有早餐和停車場，基本設施都有，衞生方面也很滿意，環境氛圍很好，不管是客房大姐還是前台小姐姐態度都是非常好。

Die Umgebung ist gut, sehr sauber und gleichzeitig relativ ruhig. Die einzige Möglichkeit ist, dass das Hotel länger eröffnet wird, etwas alt und die Leiter sind ruhiger, vor allem wenn die Tür geschlossen ist, wird eine rechtzeitige Reparatur empfohlen, sonst wird das Gefühl der Erfahrung abschwächen.

I recently stayed at Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Hotel and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest.
Arrived around 8.30pm on 26/10 and was immediately served w hot tea to keep ourselves warmed. Checking in was a breeze and I was very impressed with the corner table with thoughtful items for you to take in case you have forgotten to bring along during your travel.
We want to express our appreciation towards the lady staff 007, who helped us to unload the heavy luggages from our car onto the luggage trolley and even brought up to our rooms personally.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Toilet seat is always warmed up for the cold weather. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in.
Breakfast was flavorful and beautifully presented. The dining area was clean and comfortable.
The location was ideal, 1/2 an hour to airport and 20mins to a local mall making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this a memorable trip. I highly recommend Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and look forward to returning in the future.

This airport hotel exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful two-night stay, thanks to the exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality food, making our mornings even better (And the tea time too) We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel!

GGastnutzerThis place was very clean and professional. I was surprised to get such a good place for the price I paid. The staff were very helpful and were good at English. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport in the morning when I left. There may have been a way to get a free pickup from the airport too, but I didn’t figure that out in time, and I just called a Didi (Uber-like system in China).
Before this I had stayed at several other budget hotels in a different part of the China, and even at roughly the same price, they were not half as good as this one. So I was really impressed with this place. The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable.
The only reason I took one star off for Amenities was because there was no mini-fridge and no closet, though there was a unenclosed place to hang clothes. I liked the comfortable chair and footstool by the window with its own little table. I relaxed in that for a while, drinking the provided tea. The desk was helpful too.

GGuest UserBooked this place for an overnight stay in between transit, it serves its purpose. Free airport pickup (call the hotel upon arrival, but do note they might pick up other passengers going to other hotels so if you're in a big rush, better to book your own DiDi, it's not expensive), nothing to complain about room wise. In the morning there's free airport drop-off as well, just provide your flight details and they will arrange a time to pick you up.
Tip - you might want to give yourself a bit more buffer if you're new to China or the domestic airport, they picked me up 1.5 hrs before my flight and I had barely an hour left by the time I got to the airport. Had to cut the check-in queue otherwise I'd have missed my flight. Ask them to pick you up at least 2 hrs before, the queue at the bag drop counter is rather long! Then there's the queue at the immigration and security areas as well... and all this includes me being able to speak and read Chinese. Can't imagine how much more harrowing it'd have been for someone who can't navigate the language!

GGastnutzerEs liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens Tianfu. Der Chef ist sehr freundlich und holt Sie pünktlich am Flughafen ab. Die Unterkunftsbedingungen sind gut, sauber und geräumig. Ich habe das Glück, in dieser kleinen Stadt zu leben und habe zum ersten Mal Gebäude wie die Caoyun-Brücke kennengelernt. Außerdem habe ich zum ersten Mal Nudeln nach Sichuan-Art gegessen. Die Nudeln sind köstlich und ich habe mich in Chengdu-Nudeln verliebt. Es kostet 7 Yuan pro Schüssel. Es ist ein kleiner Nudelladen direkt gegenüber dem Hotel. Es ist günstig, lecker und nicht teuer.

HHana moriDer Hotelname ist ziemlich betrügend. Als ich buchte, dachte ich, es war IHG's Holiday Inn, aber es ist eigentlich nicht. Die Lage ist irgendwo im Zentrum eines Dorfes in der Nähe des Flughafens, aber Glück haben sie kostenlose Flughafen-Pick-up-Service (Für internationale Touristen ist es am besten eine lokale Nummer zu bekommen, um das Hotel anzurufen). Aufgrund der Bauarbeiten in der Nähe, die Entfernung zum Flughafen dauerte länger als erwartet. Aber im Allgemeinen ist der Aufenthalt ok, da das Zimmer schön und komfortabel ist.

AAnonymer BenutzerFlight arrived around midnight and the free airport pickup was still available. They do not have a WeChat number to call. I do not have a local number so I asked a customer service desk in TFU airport to help me to call the hotel pickup and get the vehicle number. The one that picked me up was 川A DM7885. Great to have this service available from the hotel. They also pick up other passengers from other hotels before dropping us off.
Location is good, plenty of food options available until 2am (can choose either right beside the hotel or walk 10 minutes for even more food choices). It used to be a small farming town that got transformed into many hotels to cater to the TFU airport transit passengers.
Service staff at night was friendly and helpful, even helping me to plan my transport for the next day. However dealing with the morning shift staff was somewhat unpleasant, since they asked me to cancel my hotel booking in Chengdu because they were trying to persuade me to sign up to their vacation package. Not a good way to do business.
The room was basic. Hot water shower in my room was inconsistent, had to wait a long time to get warm water (not hot). The water kettle was leaking a bit when boiling water, which I hope they've already replaced. The corridor lights are sensor operated, and it looks dark until you start walking. The courtyard is nice but also not as fancy as the photos.
Overall ok for just 1 night stay.
