Its a new hotel. Room facilities are all new and modern. Heavenly bed, aircorn is adjustable which is a bonus. The only down side is the pillows are too soft. One of the pillows has beads inside that caused me skin allergy. Room does not come with a fridge, safety box and hair conditional (they have stated on the booking) Very happy that the hotel has a laundry area. The hotel is close to the malls, but need to take didi.

Die Einrichtungen sind besonders gut 👍, die private kleine Filmatmosphäre ist voll und die Sehenswürdigkeit ist super gemütlich; und der Tischballraum ist frei und entspannt, die Fitness-Ausstattung mag ich. Das Hotel kann sich entspannen. Der Service ist intim und aufmerksam, der Preis ist super hoch, das nächste Mal wird dieser ～ auch die erste Wahl sein

1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

This hotel is probably overrated. With international standard, I'd probably rate it 3.5 stars, rather than 5 stars as it advertises. The room space is large, but in modern hotel, it is just as important that the bathroom area should be ”modern” too. This is probably the least satisfied in the whole stay. The bath room is good in size but rather wet and ventilation is poor. The shower water jet is way too strong and is not easy to adjust. The shower room floor should have been using better flooring to show the cleanness. The water sound is too much and that affects the sleep if using it in the middle of the night. Maybe it was due to the need to reduce wastage that by default it doesn't supply hair conditioner. We requested 3 times and finally a small bottle was supplied and delivered to the room. Our options are It should be supplied by default together with the other 2. Missing this one gives the perception that this hotel is poor in quality (for the sake of saving a few cents ?) The breakfast is good, with sufficient food supply, however the quality in general is average. I would expect it should be in higher quality. In busy time, it is quite chaotic, which is stressful and disappointed. It should have been better managed. Smoking and Non-Smoking areas should be strictly separated: yes, I understand there is a need for some customers to smoke, however, it should not allow to smoke in the room. A smoking area should be established so that it can maintain the cleanness of the room and the overall quality of the experience. This is particular important (at least for us) as smoking is a health issue.

Breakfast was so so so crowded, and people just sat down in my seats when I went off to pick up my fried egg, totally chaotic. The door card was just weird, because tapping it in the door lock won't open the door, and that happened not just me and I saw another guest in the floor landing waiting for housekeeping to open the door. The Hotel Management must sort this out, as well as the breakfast hall staff need serious table Management. Bad experience overall.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und bietet einen schönen und geräumigen Raum mit einem Balkon! Ich blieb hier für eine Familienverheiratet, die im Hotel gehostet wurde. Mein Zimmer war riesig und unverschämt, und ich genossen, auf meinem eigenen ruhigen Patio zu sitzen, bevor die Feiern begannen. Mein Nachmittags-Kaffee und Snack im Lobby-Café waren lecker. Alle waren sehr freundlich und professionell, und auch die Mädels begrüßten mich im Halle. Ich bestellte mein Frühstück zu gehen, und es war denkend verpackt und wartete auf mich am Morgen am Vordertisch. Ich bin so froh, ein so schönes Hotel in Taishan City zu finden. Ich fühlte mich gut betreut. Vielen Dank!

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

獨自騎行住上一晚，刻意選擇面積較大的房間好好休息。 地方很寬敞，設備滿意，附近環境雖然有市場，但沒有噪音。 可以改善的地方，416房間的電視機揚聲器好像有點問題，應該跟進一下。另外，在凌晨時間聽到一點點他人唱歌的聲音，若再加強一點隔音就完美了。

Location of the hotel was very convenient to my family. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores are close by. The rooms were very clean and having a free self service laundry room was the icing on top!
