The homestay is located in Sideng Village, Shaxi Ancient Town. It is very convenient for leisure travel or business car travel. Enjoy the rural scenery, unload the heavy burden on your body, carefully observe the growth of grass, and feel the changes of things around you. Here you are no longer a hurried traveler, but a practitioner who understands the true meaning of life. Xinqi Homestay adopts the "three courtyards and one screen wall" Bai folk houses. The exterior retains the traditional Bai folk house architecture, with corner eaves, pavilions, and exquisite and cultural Bai screen walls. While retaining the traditional architectural style, many modern elements are added, which is both Chinese and modern. The whole yard looks grand, exquisite and elegant!, creating a simple and quiet atmosphere. There are many guest rooms in the whole courtyard, a mossy stone lamp, and a naturally fallen maple leaf. We remove all unnecessary decorations just to give you the simple beauty of nature!

The B&B is located walking distance (~10min) to the old town and Yujin Bridge. Thus is very convenient yet tranquil. The breakfast provided is a simple meal of rice noodles and boiled egg. Having it under the shed is a very unique and local experience. The owners are very friendly and warm. The toilet has heating features which is great during the cold season! As a side note, there is washing machine (no dryer) provided if you need it. An overall great and comfortable stay!

We recently stayed at Jianchuan Xinqi B&B, and it was a wonderful experience. The homestay, though only six months old, was very comfortable and provided all the necessary amenities. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed with a generous platter of fresh fruits, which was a lovely touch.
Although the booking mentioned no breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised in the morning with a delicious bowl of local *mi xian* noodles, which was a delightful treat.
The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the old town, and free parking is also available. We stayed on the second floor, and the staff kindly assisted us with our luggage, which we greatly appreciated.
This B&B has a simple and down-to-earth charm, and the owner’s hospitality truly made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Jianchuan.

This a very beautiful small hotel with high standard rooms. It offers free tasty breakfast (local type of noodle soup) and laundry facilities. The view from the courtyard is very nice especially in the morning. Hotel is located a bit on the side so there is no noise. I can strongly recommend this place!

Lovely, family ran Inn with nice & hospitable owners who treated us with local lunch and breakfast. Early check in and room upgrade to an upper floor (larger size) overlooking amazing inner courtyard.
Very peaceful and quiet location, about 5-6 min away on foot from the heart of Shaxi’s Ancient Town.
There was nothing that we missed or would like to change really as we totally enjoyed everything and recommend this place to all travellers visiting Shaxi.
Just one thing to have in mind, the local gravel road leading directly to the place is unpaved, unless you have your own car, I’d strongly recommend to take DiDi as it’s really hard to walk on with the luggage. Thank you.

The hotel is a little hidden but still in the ancient town. I take it as a good thing as it's very quiet.
The room is nicely decorated, with very good AC that provides plenty of warm air. There is also a heater directly above the shower that provides warm hit, very nice.
Everything just works, bed is comfortable.
Our room was upgraded prob due to low season, and our room wasn't supposed to come with breakfast, but we were offer breakfast both days we stayed there. Their rice noodle soup is so good. The host (family run) is very nice people. They even helped us to get some package due to delivery company didnt deliver a package to the hotel.
I say this is such a lovely place to stay at incredible price!

一共住了兩天 老闆娘人很熱情也很好 邀請我們可以去茶室喝茶 不小心打碎了茶具 也説沒關係 實在是心裏很過意不去 小院的環境很好 每一處都能感受到是認真設計過的 坐在小院吹着風 吃點小燒烤 感覺真的很美好 房間裏面也是無比的愜意 床品都很乾凈 衞生間也很乾凈 還會送小水果給客人 下次來沙溪一定還住這家

在眾多民宿中，選中了這家，果然不失望。因為古鎮裏不能停車，考慮着停車問題，還有下車後拖着行李還要走好遠，就想着住在古鎮外圍吧。這家車子能開到門口，步行5分鐘就能進入古鎮，如果去古鎮比較裏面，還可以和老闆借電動車，騎過去，很方便的。而且這邊住着一點都不吵，古鎮裏面難免有些熱鬧，比較吵鬧吧。店家還有洗衣機可以用。老闆還生了火給孩子烤了紅薯和玉米，孩子體驗一下特別開心，店家特別好，基本是有求必應。祝老闆賓客常至。

房間特別寬敞，阿姨們也特別熱心，民宿就在古鎮邊上，步行到玉津橋衹需要幾分鐘，走哪裡都很方便，也有停車的地方。特別推薦民宿的早飯，煮餌絲，太好吃啦！！！！

老闆給我們免費升級了房間，房間乾淨整潔，院子雅緻安靜,外面還有很大的停車場，離古鎮和玉津橋都很近，老闆派車到古城門口接我們，就民宿離古城有一小段石子路，有點硌腳，需要穿厚底的鞋子，不知後面會不會修修。
