We had booked the hotel by calling the front desk executive at around 12 Noon for a couple of days, well in advance, upon arrival at 11:15 PM, greeted by the following: 1. Front desk executive (FDE) is unaware of the booking, though was confirmed by the booking executive. a. The situation becomes panicky, with a point to start to search for another hotel room in middle of the night. b. Upon making several telcon, at last the FDE confirmed the booking. 2. Once arrive in the room, a. Observed the broken toilet seat. b. Upon usage of flush, water drain out from outside. c. Water from the bucket to be used for the purpose. d. The comod tilted on one side as not properly grouted, 3. No Hot water from the tap. Upon taking to FDE, replied no hot water is available in the room. If requires, shift to suite. If anybody wish to book room during winter season, please be prepared to have shower with cold water. Dinesh C.

Pros: 1. Räumige Zimmer 2. Warten und sauberes Hotel 3. Vorsichtiges Personal 4. Gute Qualität von Lebensmitteln 5. Ich traf den Geschäftsführer nett , freundlich *** Con 1. Ein wenig überpreis 2. Frühstück ist sehr grundlegende 3. Toiletten sind etwas niedriger in Qualität kritischer Punkt 1. Schlafqualität ist schlecht, müssen Sie sich um die Fensterinstallation im Zimmer kümmern, Glas muss DGU 2 sein. Sie müssen die Ketten ändern und die Anzahl der in dem Bett zu erhöhen 3. Wenn Sie heißes Wasser aus der Dusche verwenden, gibt es absolut keinen Wasserdruck 4. Es gibt kein angemessenes WLAN für Geschäftsreisende Verdict In meinem nächsten Besuch werde ich hier wieder bleiben. Sie haben einen schönen Pool, den ich nicht nutzen konnte. Das Hotel hat voller Pflanzen, es ist ein Vergnügen für die Augen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel

Single occupancy AC room Rs 1568 inclusive of breakfast.rooms neat and clean,no disturbance.Very effective carrier AC.Complimentary breakfast was very filling,2 idli with masala dosa,coffee,fruit juice tropicana or omlette or 2 boiled eggs with 4 slice of bread butter jam juice coffee.I had it in their restaurant,very neat clean,good service with comfortable AC.Dont expect room with view in sambalpur.Frankly quite a dirty city.But this hotel ***** with others is in the central part of the city,with shops medical stores and auto rickshaw facilities which are the sharing type if you do not have your own car.Hotel has good parking space.Hotel is behind their clothes shop which is fairly big.Frankly a happy experience.I was in room 304.Only thing I could not figure out from where the cigarette smell was coming from,maybe from the bathroom exhaust or maybe a smoker had stayed in the room.
