Location - easy to find. Market place nearby approximately at a distance of 1. 5 -2 km. Rooms - spacious and very tastefully done. All amenities are available as committed. Ambience - well maintained and elegantly designed. Amenities - fully functional restaurant and prompt room service. Service - satisfying. Staff was really helpful and courteous. We stayed overnight on our journey to pachmarhi.

No hot water is available unless told in 30 min in advance. One room did not have set-top box. Rooms were dirty and had to be asked for cleaning. The bathroom jets were leaky. Bedsheets were dirty. Staff was polite. Not a good hotel. Not worth the tariff paid per day. Will not recommend or book again.

Location was great, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever specially Mr.Rajesh Dennis is number Sales Director in the world,lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is located on Mauranipur Jhansi route and is well placed The place is nice and well maintained The staff are courteous and well behaved The food served is good and the service is good One should book this hotel through travel portal only like Mmt etc for better bargain The hotel was quoting 2700 for a single room whereas we booked 2 single rooms for 2900
