Didnt try to contact us via trip.com when there was a maintenance for the room that we booked, they only told us when we were there and blamed us for not having australia number. Asked them if they have 3 separate rooms to replace the family suite that we booked but immediately said they didnt have. Only after my brother came and complained then they told us they had 3 separate rooms available. Unacceptable service for 4 stars

Apart from arrogant staff, everything else is good about this place.

Check in was somewhat haphazard as a text with details to access accommodation was not received and the room was not ready so another room was sourced. The slat blinds on windows had 2 broken off (minimising privacy) and the room, surfaces and cutlery were not very clean. The accommodation was good overall.

Great night with an awesome Room 5 star room with a great price no issues great facilities with a great pub across the road and shops close by with a KFC and a hung jacks right across the road

El alojamiento amplio y bastante limpio. El baño con bañera de hidromasaje que no funcionaba, pero una cocina bien equipada que incluía vitro para cocinar. Enfrente de los apartamentos Justo cruzar la calle hay zona de tiendas y para comer varios sitios.
