Very disappointed in management decision to NOT provide a refund. Explained that flights cancelled multiple times due to missile attack at Ben Gurion Airport. A voucher is not good faith IMHO / particularly as this stay was tied to a tour group which will not reschedule any earlier than well beyond the expiration of the voucher offered. Multiple attempts via booking site as well as phone calls were made.

The room is very cozy, a lot of effort was put into modern design and attention to all the little details. Sunlight comes through in the morning which might wake you up early, and shower door doesn't close all the way. However overall experience was amazing, and exceeded expectations.

Beautiful hotel, clean, great service, it was the best decision to celebrate our 25's . The view and music on the roof balcony , wine or beer will be perfect to complete. Amazing machne yehuda market is 5 min, Breakfast in Noktorno everything was greate. I added Pictures from the roof balcony - great view .

Lovely place, very clean, service beyond expectations, close to all interesting points of interest in Jerusalem.I really recommend the place, listen to my advice and benefit from it. The price is also really fair and most importantly the place is close to Mahane Yehuda market and all the best restaurants in the area

The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean and well organized. The staff was very nice. The position of the hotel itself is perfect: walking distance to Israel Museum and Jaffa Street and to go to Old Jerusalem you can easily take a bus or tram from the many stops. For breakfast the hotel gave us some coupons to use in two different bars (although we weren’t able to find one of the two 😅). The food was fresh and very tasty: there was a lot of things to choose from in the menu. Overall it was a perfect room to visit Jerusalem.

We enjoyed every second at the Albi. The service is incredible..the whole staff is friendly and accommodating of every need. The suites are beautifully appointed and luxurious. Every tiny detail is thought of. It is spotlessly clean and new. The rooftop is just amazing..a fantastic place with a gorgeous view to chill. The location in Nachlaot is perfect!! Highly recommend and would defnitely come back

This was a fabulous boutique hotel that I stayed at for 4 nights with my mom & sister. It was super clean, modern, great design with high end amenities. This hotel really stands out because of their attention to detail. You can tell that all the products & items in the room are high quality starting with their crazy soft, huge bath sheets, shower & bath products and selection of teas. The beds were really comfortable. We booked the 2 bed suite and there were 3 TVs (1 for each of the bedrooms & 1 for the sitting room)! We were there during Holocaust Remembrance Day so we scrambled to find takeout and then we took it to the rooftop area and had a wonderful dinner with a view of Jerusalem. Ruth at the front desk was amazing!! Super helpful & friendly and believe me, we had a lot of questions. She & Sarah gave us some great restaurant recommendations (esp Gan Sipur). We had an issue with our first room and she got us moved to another room ASAP with ease. The location was great - it's a little bit of trek out to old Jerusalem (~30 mins walk) but on the positive side, it's close to the market area where there are tons of restaurants. One word of advice - I would recommend not staying in the bottom suite because it is kind of a basement unit so it's quite dark and damp. Our second room was on the 2nd floor and it was fantastic. Would 1000% stay here again.

Room is clean. Love the nespresso machine which they restocked daily. Location is great. We were on the third floor, no elevator and had luggage so that was a bit of a challenge. Overall it was good. Would have liked a microwave but mini fridge was helpful. Great Room if you like to take baths.

We had a lovely time. Great service and such a friendly staff! The best experience was the bed sheets! I have never felt this comfortable, slept like a baby;) The jacuzzi on the rooftop was just perfect for the chilly night. And the vibes are just perfect for a calm and quiet time after a long week.

Great sevice and clean and lovely rooms. Perfect walk in shower. Great location. Highly reccomend if you don't mind climbing stairs. Be sure to fo to the top floor a really nive deck with a spa and freat. Iew over Saquer Gaden.

We had an amazing experience at Albi hotel , the place looks amazing, well design and has a unique decoration everything is new and modern style and the amazing rooftop on the top of the building make it more enjoyable. The location was the best , very close to restaurants and shopping centers all by walking distance. The staff was so friendly and kind they even decorated our room with balloons and a nice treat for my friend’s birthday! We were so surprised! I definitely recommend to stay there and will come back again.

The design is thoughtful, the space is clean, the receptionist is kind, it is safe and quiet, the shower was hot and had great water pressure — I cannot speak more highly of it! There’s also an excellent restaurant 2 minute walk called Gan Sacher Cafe. 20 minute easy to walk to the old city. Only downside is that they don’t have parking.

We spent a night at the hotel, 3 friends, including spa treatments with Yoel and Adela that were really good. The hotel has an amazing jacuzzi on the rooftop with charming view. The staff was charming and helpful.

Location Perfect. Style Perfect. Service Perfect. An amazing stylish place in the heart of Jerusalem. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the rooftop with the Jacuzzi is the perfect place to chill out, amazing views.. Highly recomended !! We got a massage treatment and it was also superb.
