Hotels in der Nähe von Indian Riverside Park, Jensen Beach

Bei der Bewertung dieser Immobilie scheint es, dass Sie in einem gut laufenden Marriott Resort bleiben, aber wir waren nicht beeindruckt. Unser Zimmer im Sandpiper war aktualisiert worden, was ist, was die Online-Bilder reflektiert. Die Pfeile waren so flüchtig wie die Badehandtücher und obwohl Sie zwei bekommen, macht es keinen Unterschied. Der Geschirrspüler im Zimmer konnte nicht einmal die ganze Straße öffnen, weil die Küchenfläche aufgestellt wurde, was uns nicht erlaubte, die großen Platten im Geschirrspüler zu laden. Wir essen zweimal im Sandpiper-Bar-Bereich zum Mittagessen. Das erste Mal war der Service und das Essen schrecklich. Sie brachten uns zwei separate Eingänge, weil sie nicht sicher waren, was wir bestellten. Unsere Getränke wurden nicht wieder gefüllt. Mein Käseburger-Käse war sichtbar abgeschrott und meine Sohns Hühnerfinger wurden nicht ganz durchgekocht. Am Pool, eines Tages, versuchten wir um 5 Uhr einen Drink und Chips und Salsa zu bestellen, aber es wurde ihnen gesagt, seit sie um 5:30 geschlossen waren, es gab keine Möglichkeit, dies zu passieren. Das zweite Mal, dass wir im Bar essen, waren Marriott Exekutive anwesend, essen im Bar, und es war eine ganz andere Erfahrung. Alle Mitarbeiter waren in ihren Uniformen und wir wurden geprüft, fragten, ob unser Essen richtig ausging und unsere Getränke waren gefüllt. Jedes Zimmer ist nur zwei Strandsitze und eine Schattenschirme, die nicht in die Resortgebühr enthalten ist. Wir sind eine Familie von vier, so das war irritierend. Am nächsten Tag gingen wir zum Strand um 10:30, es gab niemand im Strandvermietungsbereich. Sie kamen um 11:30 zurück und erlaubten uns, vier Stühle am nächsten Tag zu mieten, was eine gute Änderung war! Der Pool ist schmutzig entlang der Wand von Stühlen mit alten Goldfisch-Krackern und im Allgemeinen braucht eine gute Reinigung. Insgesamt werden wir nicht zurück zu diesem Resort. Es war sehr enttäuschend, dass wir jeden Tag bezahlt haben, auf dieser maximalen drei-Sterne-Erfahrung zu bleiben.

The check in front desk clerk (Jill) was not very friendly. I asked her if It was possible to get a king room and she frowned and was like no, then gave my co worker a king room. She acted as if we were getting free rooms, when my company is paying well for us to stay at the hotel. The hotel is on the old style and my bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, there was hair in the tub and they only clean the rooms on the 5th day of your stay so these rooms should be spotless. The Tissue box in my bathroom was also empty. My co workers said that the Hilton Suites 2 was much better, but they were full so my company had to book us here. The morning front desk crew were all very friendly and accommodating. I have stayed at other Hampton Inns but this one was just mediocre. The breakfast wasn't that good either, the bacon was actually burnt, so you picked it up and besides being black it cracked because it was crispy burnt. Hampton Inn in Stuart needs to upgrade and do better.

Ich war lear von diesem Hotel, weil es ein Best Western war und der Preis war gut, aber ich war sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt. Dieses Hotel war schön aktualisiert und EXTREMMEN rein. Es war sehr familienorientiert, Haustierfreundlich und hatte am Morgen ein tolles Frühstück. Der Außenbereich war schön gepflegt und sauber und sehr gut gelicht. Es war im Herzen von Stuart Florida in einem sicheren Teil der Stadt. Nahe an Restaurants und das Nachtleben in der Stadt.

Chose this hotel for location, reasonable price and liked that breakfast was included. Not very welcoming staff, paint stains on the elevator floor, stains on the sofa in the room. The breakfast offerings were very sp**** and not very appetizing….scrambled eggs consisted of big chunks, rubbery, tasteless turkey sausage, yogurt, cereal, couple of bananas and oranges, pre-packaged bagels. Next day, offerings were the same, but there was no yogurt. The icing on the cake was the coffee. There were 2 urns which were not labeled as decaf and regular. I asked the breakfast attendant whic one was decaf and was told that they both were regular. I asked to have some decaf and was told that there wasn’t any. So I decided on tea, but all were regular so I asked the attendant for decaf tea and when they retuned I was told that there wasn’t any. Omg….unbelievable…..talk about missing the mark on the basics. Said, sorry… and they could put in an order which would be here by the afternoon….a lot of good that would do right then! The next morning, same eggs….and what appeared to be hash…we did not bother to eat and just got coffee. The next day we couldn’t face going to the breakfast area again, so we went out and had a wonderful breakfast…..well worth paying for! Housekeeping…be it as our room was not attended to, we inquired at the front desk and were told that guests had to request housekeeping. Maybe guests should be informed of this at check in? Right?! Returned to the room in the evening and room was attended to, but tissues were not replenished…so had to go down to the front desk. One day I wanted to fill the ice bucket, and walked up and down the floor and could not find an ice machine. I asked an attendant and was told that it was on the 3rd floor…. Went to the 3rd floor and still could not find the ice machine….asked another attendant and was told that it was on the 4th floor….it was there, however because there is only one elevator, it took a while for it to arrive. So annoying! We have never had such a bad experience at a Marriott hotel which was not up to Marriott’s reputation. The best part of the stay was leaving.
