Eastern Court 22 by Sanguine Bewertungen

I booked a 3 rooms apartment, but was given a 2 rooms apartment. The apartment owner/agent is not responsive, replay late and never answer my calls, no point giving phone number for check in arrangements. Sometime reply me in WhatsApp, sometime reply in SMS, very confusing. In the Instructions given from the landlord, I was given a car park (parking lot number 146) but it was occupied by some other car. Luckily the car owner has leave the contact number on the deskboard, I get to know form the car owner, she also get the instruction from the apartment owner with the same parking slot. I tried to call the landlord a few times, but the owner to answer my call. There is no way to find a parking around this area and I parked my car more than 1 km away from the apartment. The facilities in the apartment are old, not as shown on the booking page. A glass door is broken and an electric socket is loosen, this is dangerous for kids. Extremely bad experience staying in this apartment.

**Eastern Court 22: A Hidden Gem** My stay at Eastern Court 22 was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. I especially loved the delicious breakfast and the rooftop pool. Can't wait to visit again!

Noisy coz very near with bar. Full music until 1 AM 😢

All the pictures are fake ! The place looks like an old ******* apartment in real ! This place doesn’t exist anymore. I booked earlier and got cheated on the day of check in. Check in at 3pm but 330pm I got to know this place doesn’t exist. Very poor service ! Frustrated!

The information in description was so different from the pictures is look new and when reaching out it was old and last minute change room, booking 3 room and we get 2 room. The price too expensive for the old buildings

Room is clean, just only give one car parking lot, if more than 1 cars there is very hard to parking.

I booked and paid for a room with private bath room, but was given a room without a bath room. The staff refused to answer my calls and did not reply to my whatsapp messages.

Overall is ok if it's just for one night sleep. It's upset one room's aircon was not working. Guard house needs to be improved too
