Staff generally does try to be friendly but communication in English is limited. Rooms were somewhat cleaned everyday but do not expect deep cleaning. Refilled water etc for me everyday as well. Loved their kettle and the coffee drip bags they provide. Condition of room: There was dust in many places and stains on the walls and curtains. The towels and bath robes provided was already fraying. Consider replacing please. There is only one lift in the hotel but I never had to wait too long for one. Bed was comfy, same with pillows which were down. Just that there was a strange thing on my last day. The put 2 of the 4 pillows on the floor when I came back. Not sure what they expected me to do with it.
