Der Raum muss älter sein, die Wände sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Fitnessraum ist mit allen Fitnessgeräten ziemlich gut. Ich habe mir an der Rezeption einen Stift geliehen, musste aber lange mit mir reden, bevor ich ihn mir leihen konnte. Das liegt vielleicht am Verhalten einzelner Servicekräfte. Insgesamt war es auch ok Mit zwei Kindern konnten wir nach 6 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht sehr laut hören

Schöne Wohnungen im neuen Gebäude im Stadtzentrum. Eine Minute von berühmten Fußgängerstraßen. Rezeption im 3. Stock in der Nähe des Aufzugs. Reinige neue weiße Blätter und Handtücher. Durchschnittliche Reinigung des Zimmers. Großer Balkon.

I had a wonderful stay at Maison Glad Jeju from December 11 to December 13, 2024. The overall experience was exceptional! Service: The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the entire experience stress-free. Facilities: The hotel facilities were top-notch—clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful environment for rest after a day of exploring. I especially appreciated the luxurious amenities provided in the room. Food: The dining options were excellent! Maison Glad Jeju truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Jeju. I would gladly return!

We had a great stay at this hotel in Jeju City! The room was a standard modern size, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—right across from the Shinsegae Duty-Free store and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. Its proximity to the airport is a major plus, making travel stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju City!

Booked this hotel for 1 night stay as we were supposed to arrive late. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a bus stop very close, a lot of small restaurants and walking street. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel personnel at the reception was very attentive, to our surprise one lady spoke Russian and helped us with the directions.

The hotel is in a great location with a shopping district nearby. The room size was about right for a family. Housekeeping staff are polite whenever we encounter them. The not so good things would be the carpark. It's very cramped and if we are back late, there won't be lots around. Luckily the hotel has parking attendants around to guide. The other unpleasant experience would be with the breakfast bar. Apparently if we are late and still around after the opening hours, we will have eyes staring at us while we are eating. Overall comfortable stay but the experience with some of the staff was better.

Ich zusammenfassend es als 'super bequem' alles war in der Nähe, Bus 600 Flughafen-Limo war großartig, nahe zu haben, um von und zurück zum Hotel zu nehmen! Es ist etwas preiswert, aber ich habe eine sehr gute Arbeit für ein paar Tage. Nur eine kleine Frage, die Waschmaschine ist nicht auf der Website! Wenn Sie Ihre Sachen nach einer langen Reise gewaschen wollen, nehmen sie Ihre Kleidung aus der Website und wenn sie Ihre Kleidung auf Montag 1pm zum Beispiel erhalten Sie sie nicht zurück bis Mittwoch Abend. However, I was disappointed to find that most facilities come with an extra charge. This made my stay feel less value for money, especially considering the overall cost. Additionally, I encountered an issue with early check-in. Even though my room was available, I was required to pay a fee to check in early, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the additional charges and policies detracted from the experience. I would recommend exploring other options that offer better value for money.
