Rein und geräumig Zimmer. Sehr gutes Personal, mit dem ich interagierte. Sehr gute Lage mit viel zu nehmen in der Nähe und viele gute Restaurants. Trotz des großen Zeichens auf dem Vordertisch, das nur die Diensttiere erlaubt, war ich durch die ständige Betäubung eines Hundes über den Halle verärgert. Auch ich habe um Hausaufbewahrung am Mitte meines 5 Nachtaufenthalts gebeten, da ich aus Seife, Papier und Kunststoff-Tassen, & Kaffee, plus die 2 kleinen Abfallbehälter wurden überfüllt. Ich wurde gesagt, sie würden am nächsten Tag bis zu spät, aber niemand hat es getan. Das Front Desk sagte, sie wusste nicht, was passiert ist und dass sie sich entschuldigt hat. Es ist ein schöner Ort, aber es scheint ein bisschen zufällig mit wenig Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details zu laufen.

We have stayed at this location many times! The people that work here are absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful. This time that we went for thunder over Louisville and before you say it was because they were so busy that it may not have been as good is an understatement they were not that busy. I was first very disappointed that I booked this back in November and when I did Travis told me that it was only available for two days at a time. He said they would take the payment which was at a much higher cost and they did not offer any kind of military discount or any other offer. When we got to the hotel on Friday, I know they stated that many people had canceled and if we knew of anyone who needed a room, they would book them for one night. The issue for me was that we talked with several people (arrived Saturday)that had booked that prior to this date (February)and were able to book it for one night only. Wow !The other thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. It was filthy with coffee, spills paper, toaster that did not brown or toast .this was not after they had been open for several hours. The food was not good. It tasted old, (day old breads, bagels hard)and it also tasted like the Belgian waffles, which I had previously written, were so wonderful that in order to save money, things had been watered down or diluted. The location is very good and this has always been a favorite place of ours to stay unfortunately I do not believe that I would book this again. It was certainly not worth $675 for two nights when originally I had only wanted one but was told I could not.
