A fantastic hotel close to the international airport! Excellent service and food. Clean room; the room that I stayed in was immaculate. The staff are polite and friendly. Alles war auf der Spitze, die Dekoration war kreativ und wunderschön, sauber und gut gepflegt, das Personal war erstaunlich und sehr freundlich zu meiner Familie, perfekte Lage in der Mitte der Stadt Jeddah im sicherlich wieder zu besuchen.

Das Hotel ist sauber, der Service ist perfekt, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, und wenn Sie Probleme haben, rufen Sie den ägyptischen Mohammed, er hat alle Probleme gelöst, gab Ihnen Tipps, und wenn Sie über Philosophie reden wollen, sprechen Sie mit Mohammed.

Der Ladenbesitzer und die Hotelpersonal sind sehr freundlich und wechseln jeden Tag die Wäsche und nehmen mir eine Waschmaschine. Die Zufriedenheit ist nahezu perfekt.

The Aluya Hotel is situated in the Al Hamra area of Jeddah and a perfect position for getting around both in a taxi or walking. The location is very close to Palestine Street which is full of shops, cafes and restaurants and leads to the middle corniche. As soon as I entered the hotel I was impressed. There was a beautiful aroma in the air and the entrance way and ground floor area well presented. I have to say that a stand out for me about this hotel is definitely the staff. They are all delightful, welcoming and eager to make your stay the best it can be. I would like to thank all the staff but in particular Naif, Nadia, Samar and Ahmed Bin Afif (the owner). They are clearly all working hard to make this hotel the best it can be. The facilities of the hotel are superb. I reserved a deluxe king room and on arrival for one night I was upgraded to the executive suite. What a wonderful treat that was. The hotel thoughtfully provides all the traveller may need. There are nice toiletries, a hairdryer, tea/coffee and water, good air conditioning, entertainment and if required an iron on request. The rooms are exactly like the pictures on the hotel website. The king sized bed was wonderfully comfortable and I was afforded a nice view from the room. My room was at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was included and was served on the 6th floor. The choice was very good. They have traditional breakfast items and then also continental breakfast items. There is plenty of tea and coffee and juice to accompany the breakfast and the restaurant is really pleasant and provides a fantastic view. They also encourage guests to visit this area of the hotel at other times of the day to enjoy tea or coffee. While I was there I was served Saudi Arabian coffee by Hamid. He took the time to explain to me how the coffee was made and it tasted delicious. All in all I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a hotel in a great area, with really nice facilities, at a very reasonable price and that is staffed by wonderful people, look no further than The Aluya.

We booked here after our tour company booked us into another “4” star hotel that was terrible. Booked with 10 mins notice - room was ready when we got there. Extremely happy with our decision to book address - hotel is modern, decent size rooms , Dead Sea products in the bathroom - extra large comfy bed - large buffet with omelette and pancake station. Gym wasn’t open as it was being renovated but not essential. About 5 mins walk from cornice and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend if needing to stay in Jeddah with an exceptional 4 star hotel.

Im Allgemeinen ist hier eine große Erfahrung mit Mitarbeitern von der Rezeption bis zum Restaurant bis zur Hauspflege wirklich hilfreich und freundlich. Der erste Flug in der Eisma war das Hotel, das eine zusätzliche 30 Riyals für die Zahlung des Hotel Gästen, um die Weltmeisterschaft zu beobachten. Echt? ! Nach meinem Dafürhalten ein eigenes Ziel. Hat ein fünf Stern ohne das gewesen, da Zimmer sehr gut und Hauspflege brillant war. Danke für eine fast perfekte Erfahrung.

Wenn Sie allergisch gegen Rauchen sind oder nicht rauchen, kommen Sie nicht in der Nähe dieses Hotels. In der Tat sind die Zimmer sehr schlecht, da es das Gesundheitssystem scheint falsch zu sein. Deshalb können sie immer noch Sprühspritzen, was es noch schlimmer für allergische Menschen macht. Und als ich um den Raum Abdulrahman gebeten habe, sagte er, dass er keine freien Zimmer hat, obwohl ein anderer Gast später kam und wurde eine Wahl der Zimmer gegeben
