Im Allgemeinen ist hier eine große Erfahrung mit Mitarbeitern von der Rezeption bis zum Restaurant bis zur Hauspflege wirklich hilfreich und freundlich. Der erste Flug in der Eisma war das Hotel, das eine zusätzliche 30 Riyals für die Zahlung des Hotel Gästen, um die Weltmeisterschaft zu beobachten. Echt? ! Nach meinem Dafürhalten ein eigenes Ziel. Hat ein fünf Stern ohne das gewesen, da Zimmer sehr gut und Hauspflege brillant war. Danke für eine fast perfekte Erfahrung.

The room was great and very spacious. The staff were also courteous and helpful. One thing however, was that I was billed twice. Although it was my mistake that I forgot that I paid online initially, but they still asked me for payment upon check in, which again, I totally forgot that I paid online. They said there was something wrong with their billing department. Anyway, had a good time. Will definitely visit again.

Nicht empfehlenswert! Bei der Ankunft, ca. 11:00 am war der security am Telefon spielen, Am concierge Tisch hat einer geschlafen und an der Rezeption wurde ich erst nach 2 Minuten bemerkt, weil er auch am spielen war! Trotz online check mit der App, musste ich alles nochmals ausfüllen. Zimmer sind alt uns sehr gebraucht es benötigt dringend eine Renovierung, teilweise sehr laut weil ich vermute umgebaut wird. Frühstück, es tut mir leid: alles kalt außer die Eier aus der Pfanne, die bekommen sie nur wenn der Koch nicht am Telefon ist oder der Mechaniker nicht gerade etwas repariert! Jetzt zum check out, wie bei jedem Hotel gibt man über die Kreditkarte eine Garantie, hier ist es anders! Bei Anreise musste ich den ganzen Aufenthalt bezahlen + Garantie für Extras, die Differenz bekommen sie bar ausbezahlt weil der Einheimische nette Mensch es nicht anders kann! Liebes Mövenpick Team es wird leider nicht mal das nötigste gemacht um den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen, ich fühlte mich beinahe unerwünscht und es waren kaum Gäste im Hotel. Ich arbeite selbst im Hotel nächtige als Platinum Kartenbesitzer ausschließlich in Accor Hotels aber sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen! Im Service total versagt! Sorry

Das wunderbare Fitnesscenter mit allen Ausrüstungen, die Sie brauchen mit einer schönen Stadtblick ist die Mitgliedschaft 2500SR/year wenn Sie monatlich bezahlen möchten und 2000SR wenn Sie 6 Monate im Voraus bezahlen, empfehle ich es 100% wunderschönes Personal mit einem wunderschönen Lächeln immer.

Das Hotel ist sauber, der Service ist perfekt, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, und wenn Sie Probleme haben, rufen Sie den ägyptischen Mohammed, er hat alle Probleme gelöst, gab Ihnen Tipps, und wenn Sie über Philosophie reden wollen, sprechen Sie mit Mohammed.

It's a very old hotel with just basic amenities. Gym equipment is a decade old totally outdated. Rooms are small with bad smell. Bathroom is really not up to the standards. Bus pick up drop from airport both ways was done in a very old mini bus which was really run down. No curtains to save us from extreme heat from outside. Air conditioning is pathetic. This hotel needs renovation for sure.

We stayed two nights at this hotel which is located along Al Iskandariyyah street very close to the Middle Corniche. The hotel has a parking area where the parking spaces are in pairs between the columns but their are very small so that each car occupies two spaces. However, availability is good and we had no problems parking (there is also easy parking along the road). Despite having arrived very early we were given the room which was large, with a good bathroom (which need soime renovation) and wifi service. One or two more electrical sockets should be placed in the room for recharging cell phones and a camera. The buffet breakfast is really excellent and with a lot of choice. In the evening in less than 10 minutes on foot we went for a walk to the Corniche. Even if we had to change room the second night due to a problem with the code lock on the door, we certainly give a very positive opinion and recommend this hotel both for the above and for the good value for money.

We booked here after our tour company booked us into another “4” star hotel that was terrible. Booked with 10 mins notice - room was ready when we got there. Extremely happy with our decision to book address - hotel is modern, decent size rooms , Dead Sea products in the bathroom - extra large comfy bed - large buffet with omelette and pancake station. Gym wasn’t open as it was being renovated but not essential. About 5 mins walk from cornice and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend if needing to stay in Jeddah with an exceptional 4 star hotel.

Die Lage ist gut, obwohl die Zeit etwas alt ist, aber zum Aufräumen ist es in Ordnung. Die Küste ist im Vergleich zum Yachtgebiet im neuen Stadtgebiet etwas alt, aber die umliegenden gastronomischen Einrichtungen sind reichhaltig und akzeptabel. Der Preis stimmt angemessen. Es ist etwas mühsam, mit Uber zu fahren. In der Stadt könnte es ein Problem sein

本來訂房是吸菸房 到櫃檯也特別說要吸菸房 結果整理行李好 從房間出去才發現房門口張貼了禁菸公告 傻眼 到櫃檯說要換房說要等 可以等我們晚上回來再換房 晚上回飯店先到櫃檯說要換房 說我們先回房間整行李 整好再打電話到大廳 會有服務人員來引導換到吸菸房 結果帶去櫃檯說準備好要換房 結果石沈大海 還得特地跑到櫃檯去問 櫃檯還說他們不知道 真是羅生門 可能我說外星語 沒人聽得懂 等到退房早上 我打去問幾點退房 櫃檯又是鬼打牆 胡言亂語 不知道到底幾點退房 只是說幾點退房有這麼困難嗎？ 一間這麼有名的星級飯店 結果櫃檯搞得跟旁邊小旅店還差勁 （我前晚住隔壁走路一分鐘的兩房兩廳兩衛的旅館便宜，櫃檯溝通完全沒問題）真是傻眼 飯店設施是不錯 但廁所淋浴乾淨度不好 房間燈也不夠明亮 櫃檯真的溝通障礙 超扯
