Rixos Obhur Jeddah Resort & Villas

The orient Turkish restaurant was good and especially our host Hind she was very good and patient she provided great deals with options. I would recommend to visit the restaurant and you will be lucky with amazing experience.

We just got back from our vacatıon and it was exactly the kind of break we needed as a family. The place is beautiful super clean, modern, and has this calm, resort vibe that makes you feel like you're way further from the city than you actually are. The beach is private and quiet, and the pool ıs perfect There’s also a really well equipped gym Food it was solid. Good variety, nice presentation and very well tasty Biggest win for us was the kids club. Chıldren absolutely loved it they had crafts, games, movie time, and even a cookıng activity for chııldren .it felt really safe and welcoming. The staff were lovely, Nadya, and her team was super friendly and seemed to really connect with the kids. They kept asking to go back every day which meant we had tıme to relax . all the employess went above amazıng to make feel us home here hıghly apprecıated for everyones and management effort for thıs beautıful resort we’d totally come back. recommend for families!

We had a truly wonderful time the hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Our children especially loved Rixy Club; it was a lifesaver! A huge thank you to Nadya and her team for being so kind and wonderful to them. They made the whole experience even better. The rooms are cleaned daily, well-designed, and have a beautiful view. The pool bar is very well designed, and the beach and evening shows are fantastic. It's a great investment well done !

We recently stayed at Rixos Obhur Jeddah and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-designed. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything felt fresh . meals, snacks, and drinks were always available, and the food was tasty with lots of variety. Staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights for us was the Rixy Kids Club. Our children had a blast with the daily activities, and we felt very comfortable leaving them there. A special thanks to Nadya, she was so kind,and genuinely caring, which made a big difference for both the kids and us. There were also plenty of other activities, entertainment in the evenings, and spaces to relax. It felt like everything was designed to help you unwind and enjoy quality time with family. Sunset is amazing at the beach we loved it overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Thank you all the team

We have just recently returned from the wonderful Rixos Obhur Jeddah. We were slightly disappointed to find out on arrival at the hotel was still within its Soft Opening stage as we had been led to believe when booking via Accor that it was going to be fully opened. However, we will not dwell on this because we had the most amazing time regardless. As a frequent visitor to Rixos hotels, we were excited as we are acutely aware that the quality of hotels and amazing staff is second to none…and Rixos Obhur Jeddah did not disappoint! The hotel is an all-inclusive resort and it is alcohol free which was actually quite nice (there were 0% lagers and mocktails though). Now, what makes this hotel “5*”? Is it the location; possibly, is it the grounds; maybe, is it the staff; absolutely! We cannot explain how wonderful the staff were and how they were wanting to go above and beyond for us. Turquoise Restaurant: The food here was amazing and the selection was brilliant. It was really fresh and it was really well run. Granted, it was not very busy (which was nice) but even if this place was at capacity, it would still run seamlessly. The absolute star of this place is Hari! What a wonderful human being he is. He made sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. So welcoming, attentive and all to ensure that we had the most memorable time. Its difficult to put into words how brilliant he was and Rixos Obhur Jeddah have a gem there. Hari was also supported by the wonderful Hazim. In addition, a massive thank you to Sherry who always looked after us and created a lovely bond with our two children. Likewise, Jameela and Nusaba (who were on the fresh pasta and omelette station) were just amazing. They were so wonderful with the kids and carried out their work with a smile. Thank you also to Hazin, Khalil and Arifa. Housekeeping Wajid and Ahmed from housekeeping were simply brilliant. They went above and beyond whenever we needed the room serviced. They work so hard and Ahmed made our room spectacular! The attention to detail was second to none. Dulce Just a hop across the hallway from Turquoise you found yourself in the real hidden gem that is Dulce Café. We probably spent an inordinate amount of time here because it was fabulous. Cakes, pastries, iced coffee’s, latte’s, snacks and again, amazing staff. Alexandra, Shazodakhon, Saudi, Maria, Ahmad, Megna and Raghad were just all so welcoming and friendly! They were genuinely so attentive and enthusiastic as well as providing great tips on places to visit whilst we were there. The vibe was really chilled and casual with music at various intervals and was perfect for a mid-afternoon snack or after dinner coffee. Orient Restaurant We dined at Orient three times across our two weeks and whilst all three nights were amazing, the food on the second occasion was just beyond belief. We stayed recently at Rixos Obhur Jeddah during their soft opening, and I’ll be honest – the stay started off on a pretty rough note. The room we were given was not up to standard, and I had to raise a complaint within the first few hours. Unfortunately, this wasn’t properly addressed until the following afternoon, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the Guest Relations Manager (I didn’t catch her name) seemed more interested in brushing off our concerns than actually resolving them. That said, credit where it’s due – Ahad from Guest Relations really stood out. She listened, took our concerns seriously, and genuinely wanted us to have a good experience. Once things were resolved, the stay really turned around, and my family ended up having a wonderful time. The hotel is all-inclusive, and the food and drinks were fantastic (the best thing about this hotel is its a alcohol free hotel). A special mention to Hari from the restaurant – he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and always added a personal touch also a thanks to Hani who always came with a smile, and Omar who always gave us time and catered for us. And a big thanks to Arfa from the torquise restaurant who was amazing. Over at the Dolce Lounge, Maria and Shazu were absolutely brilliant, serving us with genuine smiles and making our children feel really special. The rixy kids clud is amazing with fantastic facilities, the team is also full of enthusiasm and my children really enjoyed it, after staying at other rixos hotels this kids club really stood out. But the real star of our stay was Wajid from housekeeping. He went above and beyond every single day, making sure we were comfortable and well looked after. His attention to detail and kindness added a personal touch that made all the difference – he’s a real credit to Rixos Obhur Jeddah. Also thanks to Junaid who made sure our room was ready and clean but always came with a smile. Overall, despite the rocky start, we had a wonderful experience. The way the team looked after us once things were on track really impressed me, and I’d happily return in the future.
