Ibis Lyon Nord

Zum dritten Mal haben wir dieses Hotel für eine Reise in den Süden genutzt. Die Dienstleistungen werden immer schlechter. Schwimmbad nicht verfügbar. Das Informationsrestaurant schließt einen Tag vor Anreise. Kein freundlicher Service des Personals.

Erstes Zwischenstopp-Hotel nach langer Fahrt. Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen Pool, in dem Kinder wunderbar entspannen und sich abkühlen können. Gutes Frühstück und Restaurant mit Essbereich im Freien. Den beiden Zimmern mit Verbindungstür wurde viel Platz zugewiesen. Gute Klimaanlage und saubere Zimmer. Würde wieder hier übernachten.

We stayed here on our way to La Grande-Motte and the only reasons we chose it were that it was close to a Tesla Supercharger and you usually can't go wrong with an Ibis, they are usually simple & clean. The Tesla Supercharger is indeed close-by (just across the road at another hotel) so that was a plus but for us this Ibis did not live up to our usual expectations. The place was simple, sure, but the rooms were really small, you could hardly walk around the bed. As for the cleanliness, one room was OK but the other room had a smelly airco which made the room smell damp and of fungus. As we planned to leave for our final destination as early as possible we had booked the rooms with breakfast but alas... breakfast is definitely not worth the extra price. The trays were dirty, the selection of food was not as shown on their photos on the booking site and the staff wasn't really helpful either. I decided to skip breakfast after having taken a bite of a croissant that was way too fat and a sip of so-so coffee. The rest of the family tried but eventually we decided to nip over to Paul's across the motorway for some decent food and coffee.

In case of annulation in time you will never get your money back, Your emails disappear and by phone you are brushed off. However the sales conditions in the confirmation email stated that you will be refunded if you cancel more than 3 days before the booking.

Belle terrasse, super literie et surtout équipé au top ! On n'a qu'une envie : revenir ! Merci à tous.

Étant client 2 fois par an de cet hôtel, celui à de nombreuses qualités : proximité de l autoroute, parking fermé pour ma moto, Piscine ( là au mois de mai il ne faisait pas chaud) Chambre impeccable Le seul péché était l absence de plats salés : c est fini! Il y a tout cela : omelette lard ! Heureux que mes remarques et les votres aient porté et que Ibis soit à l écoute Cordialement

Équipe super accueillante, hôtel très propre, literie parfaite, chambres calmes. Un hôtel très bien tenu. Nous avons testé le bistrot, belle qualité, rien à dire, et le petit déjeuner est complet avec de bons produits. Bref une belle expérience!!

L'hotel est situé tout prêt de l'autoroute ce qui est un plus pour un stop lors d'un retour de vacances. Prix abordables, chambres standard à l'IBIS. Par contre le petit déjeuner est vraiment limite en terme de choix et pour la fraicheurs des viennoiseries, c'est une catastrophe. Un parking surveillé gratuit est aussi un plus.

Très bon hôtel que je recommande avec plaisir. Personne souriant, agréable et aux petits soins. Piscine. Chambre propre. Très bonne étape et bon rapport qualité / prix. Concernant le petit déjeuner, s'il y avait du chaud (bacon, oeuf brouillé etc..) serait un plus .
