TRANQUIL, QUIET, AFFORDABLE ACCOMMODATION
We've created a space that is just the right amount of everything you need to base yourself on Great Ocean Road with family and friends. With easy access to all amenities such as the Surf Life Savings Club, Jan Juc Village shops, cafe and Pub. But most importantly it only a short 750 m stroll to the patrolled Jan Juc surf beach.
Guests will enjoy the many walking & cliff top trails, boardwalks along the creek reserves that lead to playgrounds and sporting amenities in the area. The world famous Bells Beach is under a 10 minute drive and Torquay shopping and dining precinct is an easy walking or riding distance so you can leave the car at home and explore on your push bike.
Situated with a northerly aspect you can take full advantage of the 3 large sunny decks the home has to offer all with comfortable outdoor lounge and dining whilst cooking up a storm on the Webber BBQ. Jan Juc Beach Break is a split level home with generous accommodation and can accommodate 2 families easily making it a great place to come together for a memorable family holiday, groups of friends or executive travellers.
The upper level offers the main living area, kitchen, dining and seamless connection to the main outdoor entertainment deck which is a great spot to watch the abundance of native wildlife.
Beautifully decorated interiors complement the timber floors and extensive glazing that invite the sun all day long. Perfect spot to relax in the 8 - 10 seater leather lounge suite whilst watching TV with RC air conditioning comfort.
Generous size kitchen with all the mod cons and gorgeous reclaimed timber 8 seater dining setting make for effortless entertaining.
Kids are catered for with plastic bowls, plates, cups & utensils, high chair, cot, stair gate, board games and books. With a fully fenced and secure backyard the kids & well behaved fur babies will have plenty of room to play outside.
Downstairs a second living area is an ideal family space with TV, videos and comfy leather chairs.
All four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality linen, sheeting and bath towels. All bedrooms have electric panel heaters and ceiling fans and all beds have electric blankets for those chilly nights. The master bedroom has an adjoining private ensuite and the family bathroom boasts a large bathtub and shower.
Rental is for the entire house and ideal for short, medium and long term rental.

Great family getaway
The house was perfect size for our blended family. Close to park and beach was definitely a bonus, hardly had to use the car. Backyard perfect for the dogs loved it too. Traci wonderful and easy to deal with. All up we had a relaxing time with the family.

Stunning beach break
Property was very well set up and perfect to just relax and enjoy. Quiet and well located for a morning beach walk with good coffee from the local cafe. Surrounded by parklands and easy access to Torquay.

Great, quiet location, very comfortable
The property is very well located, just a few minutes drive from the beach and all the services you could need in Torquay. It is well equipped, maintained to a high standard, quiet with lovely district views from the upper deck The kitchen is very well stocked with a wide range of crockery glassware and cooking implements. Multiple outdoor spaces allow you to seek the sun or avoid it depending on your mood. Very good communication from owner. We loved our stay and would happily return.

A wonderful property, in a superb location. Perfect for pets and people, relaxing, surrounded by beautiful trees, birds and a glimpse of the ocean. The entire home was excellent.

A Beautiful Beach Haven
A beautifully presented home in a great location .
Everything you needed was in the house , information to all the local attractions, local eateries & things to do.
Being pet friendly also was a major attraction for us as we travelled with our 2 fur babies & the property had plenty of secured yard for them to play in.
The house was beautifully presented & spotlessly clean & recommend to anyone for a great value place to stay for a break or holiday.

Perfect place for a family get together
The property is a short walk to Jan Juc beach and has beautiful beach vibes for your group. The bedroom configuration was perfect for us with 4 rooms including one with a cot. Place was clean and comfy with great balcony for barbecue dinners.

Christmas Beach Break
Thanks to Traci, my family and some international guest felt right at home in the property. Although the weather was poor, we were in walking distance to the beach and coastal walking track, and a short drive to the shops, etc. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. The beds and furnishings were comfortable and the premises was spotless on arrival. Traci was easy to contact and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend a stay at the premises.
