Sehr schöne Unterkunft! |Die Gastfreundschaft war sehr warm und willkommen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. |Stay war sehr komfortabel, Lebensmittel war groß|Gesamt sehr sauber Umgebung absolut erstaunlich Erfahrung! Das Personal ist super freundlich und professionell.

Keine solche Erfahrung mit Ramada Marke Eigenschaft erwartet. Seht neu aus in den Fotos, scheint alt und nicht ordnungsgemäß gepflegt. Türverriegelungen, Kubikplatten, Zubehör brauchen eine Überstellung. Ich blieb 2 Tage, 2. Tag Morgen gab es kein heißes Wasser in der Dusche und sie konnten es nicht reparieren, ich musste auf mein Treffen und musste im kalten Wasser baden. Toilettenzubehör wurden am 2. Tag des Aufenthalts nicht wieder gefüllt. Wichtig ist, ich habe große Zweifel an ihrem Sanitärprozess. Ich fühle mich ernsthaft, sie haben die Zimmer nicht gut sanitiert. Einige Tage nach meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, habe ich Symptome & Tests für Covid Positive. Obwohl ich 100% sagen kann, dass, dies ist die Ursache, aber die Art und Weise, wie sie halten, ist es sehr möglich. Checkout wurde auch verzögert, obwohl ich ihnen 10 Minuten im Voraus gesagt, die Rechnung zu machen bereit. Es gibt keinen ausreichenden Parkplatz im Portico, so mein pick-up Auto musste ein paar Runden, bevor sie meine Check-out abgeschlossen haben. Natürlich empfehle ich nicht diese Unterkunft und ich werde nie wieder hier bleiben.

We arrived in Jalandhar after a long train journey from Rajasthan, so needed an oasis of calm! The Taximan took us to the first hotel, which turned out to be AB Clark’s Inn! I asked to check their executive and deluxe rooms. The lady at the checkin desk was hugely polite and arranged views of the rooms. Absolutely immaculate rooms! Huge size—the executive rooms are very slightly smaller than the deluxe but are still very spacious with granite tiles, so no problem keeping them clean. The deluxe rooms are huge! Both size rooms have excellent furniture with 2 couches for guests or yourself to use, a comfortable chair and desk to read, write or work in your laptop if you wish. The most important thing for me are bathrooms…the ones at AB Clarks Inn are immaculate. Huge sizes, walk-in showers with glass panels all around, superbly powerful power showers, endless supply of hot water! Food is excellent too, with their in-house restaurant serving Continental or traditional Punjabi style with made to order stuffed parathas that were delicious; lunch and dinner was also very tasty with choice of Indian, Chinese and Italian dishes! Nice touches like very courteous Staff, from the cleaners, page guys and receptionists, always smiling and asking if I needed anything. The only points I could find against this very positive review is the decor of the common areas in the hotel…in some places, the wallpaper has started to peel..an easy fix. Plus they should supply seating on the balcony area, as we would have loved to take our tea or take in the sunshine and fresh air if seats were available. Apart from that, do not pass this hotel by…it’s worth every penny! Pls leave a positive message after you have read this and do look at more reviews I’ve added! Thank u for ur time!

My self Kumar I was staying in your hotel it was good experience . Rooms was good and ur food also tasty . Mostly important is hotel staff is very helpful . They given me good service . Housekeeping staff given me neet and clean service room was maintained very nice. And front office staff is great 👍 and very helpful. Room service staff also good they are given me good service in restaurant and Room also . Entertainer hotel staff is very cooperative . I wass recommend to my relatives also come and stay in ur hotel . Thanks you so much Maya hotel team.

The reception staff was very unpleasant. They don't even have basic manners to greet or welcome their guests. The way they stare at guests is most alarming. Makemytrip already earned accolades but staff like this make things worse why the chips, buiscuits, bhujiya, juice, salted peanuts etc were kept in the room for which we were charged exorbitantly. There was no indication or pamphlet on which it was mentioned that above-noted articles were chargeable otherwise the room was good ambience was good food is average

Incroyable hôtel qui doit surtout son prestige à la gentillesse du staff et la qualité du service proposé. L'hôtel est tout simplement neuf et le petit déjeuner digne d'un banquet. Merci aux employés de l'hôtel et je sais où je séjournerais si je devais revenir à Jalandhar !
