Decent room in terms of cleanliness and size it's suitable for business travelers. Great service from the staff starting from security to receptionists to housekeepers. I really had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Express Matraman. The only downside on the other hand was the breakfast. The food was not delicious. Staff working at the restaurant were nice however the food was disappointing in my opinion.

Das Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta hat eine großartige Lage, die Kota Casablanca Mall ist nur etwa 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Einrichtung und Aufteilung des Hotels waren beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und das Essen war köstlich. Das Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtete, hatte Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und die Techniker konnten das nicht beheben. Mir wurde angeboten, in ein anderes Zimmer auf derselben Etage zu wechseln – das war ein faires Angebot. Sollte ich nach Jakarta zurückkehren, würde ich mich freuen, wieder hier zu übernachten!

Hotel have a good location in the township. Good access to lotte shopping. Good breakfast in the morning and room wise it's huge. Loving the room design and service they have here. Downside is parking b2 stinks bad. And elevator can be really slow in the morning during peak hour.... Elevator is buggy too where is misses floor sometimes... :( killing down a bit of the overall experience

We enjoyed the hotel and staff were helpful, good selection at breakfast and excellent cold draught beer at the bar. However when we left we asked the hotel to book a taxi for us to the high speed rail terminal at Halim. When the taxi arrived I asked the doorman to confirm to the driver where we were going. But the driver took us to halim airport not the high speed rail station and drove off before we realised. We then had to take another taxi to the rail station which took 15 minutes and cost the same as the taxi from the hotel. We were frustrated. A bit more attention to the request and conveying that would have saved us stress and expense. Otherwise a good stay.

Hotel condition - very good Room - average(request for non smoking but give me smoking room at level 2. Corridor really can smell the smoke) Room outside view - very bad(level 2 room window facing concrete wall and you cant see anything other than concrete...what a view!) Location - very good since its nearby to the shopping mall and a lot of place to eat there Facilities - very good(got gym and laundry area the traveler can use) Breakfast package - All the food provided really superb. This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel übernachtet und es hat alle meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Von dem Moment an, als ich eintrat, war das Personal unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet und bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Stadt. Die Annehmlichkeiten waren erstklassig, von der luxuriösen Bettwäsche bis hin zum gut ausgestatteten Fitnessstudio und den Spa-Einrichtungen. Die Speisemöglichkeiten des Hotels waren außergewöhnlich, mit einer Vielzahl köstlicher Gerichte zur Auswahl. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung im Hotel einfach nur ausgezeichnet und ich kann es kaum erwarten, für einen weiteren Aufenthalt zurückzukehren. Vielen Dank

Was here for 1 night , room was clean no smell , receptionist so welcoming and polite especially mr fakri or fikri i forgot, he’s so nice though. Otherwise still hear people from another rooms, but im ok with that, and at night still hear about motocicle and car because so near with the road. Not recommended if you bring your own car bcs the parking lot not available. Not recommended about the massage as well , it’s just the lady need more training about massages. Overall about the room and place so nice, near from restaurant. With the affordable price , is worth to stay thanks

Ich war zum x-ten Mal im Lieblingshotel Glodok... dieses Mal bekam ich Zimmer 9019 ganz am Ende... das Zimmer war wie immer in Ordnung, sauber... das einzige, was fehlte, war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht kalt genug war. ... der Fernsehsender war nicht so gut und schließlich fehlte auch das WLAN-Signal ... muss noch einmal verbessert werden. Frühstück bisher so so... Aber preislich lohnt es sich für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel Viel Glück immer
