Das Personal dieses Hotels ist alles großartig! Ich traf Pak Silfan persönlich, er ist so informativ und freundlich auch. Und vor allem die Atmosphäre, das Zimmer, das Restaurant, ich liebe es wirklich!! Elegant und schöner Blick! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für jeden sehr

Zuerst hatte ich das Gefühl, dass dieses Hotel modern und intelligent nach seinem Namen und den Bildern der Werbung ist, aber in der Tat ist dieser Ort etwas weniger gut gepflegt, vor allem die Korridore und die Lobby. Ein anderes Objekt mit sauberen und komfortablen Zimmern zu relativ günstigen Preisen. Der Fokus ist seine strategische Lage, weil es nahe dem Geschäftszentrum, KA Station und MRT liegt,

Das Hotel ist sehr billig und schätzt, dass es immer noch das Beste ist. Zumindest hatte Wasser & Klimaanlage gut funktioniert.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt auf dieses Hotel ausgedehnt, aber in einem anderen Zimmer von Exekutivzimmer auf Oberzimmer. Nach meiner Ansicht ist es keine Unterschied für die Größe des Zimmers und des Innenraums. Das Exekutivzimmer hat uns mit kostenlosen Minibar und Snacks ausgestattet. Das Hotel bietet Ihnen verschiedene Frühstücksmenüs. Außerhalb des Hotels finden Sie leicht lokale Lebensmittel.

Das Hotelzimmer ist etwas klein, es gibt einen Laden umgeben, es gibt keine Handtücher und Wäsche, es muss Gold gezahlt werden, der Boden ist etwas schmutzig, die Bettwäsche und die Bettwäsche sind etwas schmutzig, die Schale ist noch sauber.

The only word I can use about here is ”Superb” -we had a bad experience at Grand Tropic so checked out after 15 minutes -then came here -yes a bit expensive but worth every penny/cent -Lady on reception -sorry dont remember her name was superb -apartment really just great -was six or seven of us -apart from me all Indonesian-I was concerned about no pork etc. as all Muslim -no problem at breakfast the Restaurant Manager just a great guy -yes we waited a bit as was busy but first day 6 then seven second day totally acceptable -but he really went out of his way to make us happy -I have lived in Asia 18 years just dont eat rice much -but asked for 'nasi Goreng” for my friends -and ended eating myself was great superb taste -kudos to Chef -but Restaurant Manager and team were just superb -Restaurant Manager -just knows how to deal with foreigners and Indonesians in a seamless fashion -=wont mention his name -you find out!

Von der Executive-Zimmerkategorie war ich etwas enttäuscht, da rechts und links oben Lärm aus dem Zimmer zu hören war Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass an meinem zweiten Tag dort eine Familie war, die gerade eingecheckt hatte und im Flur weiter plauderte und schrie. Klingt klar Und sehr nervig.

Checking in was pretty smooth, you gotta deposit either 100.000 rupiahs or your personal ID/driving licence. The room size was alright, cleanliness was alright. Unfortunately there was no basic toiletries, no soap at all. Overall the location is the great, just a walk away from Bundaran HI & Grand Indonesia mall.

Location is good. Room is not really clean. Over all so nice to be here. Recommended.

Met some Indonesian friends there for the weekend -tried to check in at 1.30pm but got a lecture from receptionist on check in time being 2pm-finally got 2 bed apartment after 2.30pm-so much for her lecture! Suite on high floor 3508? very nice-spacious and clean -kitchen fully equipped -bedding etc. very good-towels old and worn though -views great -tv stations great -tried to open the balcony but my Indonesian friends were told 250000 deposit -not sure what happened but balcony was never opened-resulted in when I used oven the fire alarm went off and security had to come anyhow. Breakfast great variety but quality so so -croissants were stale both days I had breakfast and some other food a bit dodgy ( omelettes cooked well in advance instead of to order) but restaurant was well ordered easy to get a table etc. Had issue last day where I as main key holder had to come down to sort issue with two extra breakfasts ( had not planned to have breakfast and my Indonesian friends had to wait at the door)-not sure why when reception had deposit -but was sorted out. That said all the staff we met were great -even the receptionist on check in and everyone really . Nice place overall -shopping mall across the street Plaza Semangi looks closed but there is a supermarket in the ba*****t which is quite good -Pacific Place mall about 15 minutes walk across the footbridge on main road-but taxis easy to find and two small convenience stores in Hotel complex. Will I stay again -if my self yes -but my Indonesian friends were not impressed with being held at the restaurant door like criminals-even though issue was resolved left a bad taste in their mouths. We usually stay in city center NYE and this was atrial run-we will look elsewhere.
