Die schönsten Urlaub! Luxus auf der ganzen Straße und SERVICE, die Sie nicht woanders finden werden. Wir wurden mit dem Boot an unserem eigenen Privatdock bei der Ankunft genommen. Unser Zimmer wurde mit frischem Guacamole, willkommene Getränke eingerichtet und sie hatten Kuchen mit jedem unserer 3 Kinder’ Namen auf ihnen monogrammiert! Persönliche Touchs wie diese werden nicht vergessen. Nur die Moskitos waren die Beschwerde, aber sie könnten bemerkenswerter gewesen sein, als wir das Jahr gingen. Wir werden verhindern

Das Zimmer war sauber und ästhetisch ansprechend. Das Personal war auch freundlich und ging auf meine Bedürfnisse ein. Perfekt für Alleinreisende oder Gruppen! Ich habe auch geschätzt, dass sie bei ihren Toilettenartikeln nachhaltig sind! Der Preis machte keinen Sinn, weil alles perfekt war, aber es hat mich nur 50 SGD pro Nacht gekostet 🤯🤯. Es gibt auch ein uriges Café, das das beste große Frühstück und Kaffee direkt neben dem Hotelgebäude serviert (ein Bonuspunkt ist, dass sie arbeitsplatzfreundlich sind). Werde definitiv wieder buchen!

Decent room in terms of cleanliness and size it's suitable for business travelers. Great service from the staff starting from security to receptionists to housekeepers. I really had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Express Matraman. The only downside on the other hand was the breakfast. The food was not delicious. Staff working at the restaurant were nice however the food was disappointing in my opinion.

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Hotel condition - very good Room - average(request for non smoking but give me smoking room at level 2. Corridor really can smell the smoke) Room outside view - very bad(level 2 room window facing concrete wall and you cant see anything other than concrete...what a view!) Location - very good since its nearby to the shopping mall and a lot of place to eat there Facilities - very good(got gym and laundry area the traveler can use) Breakfast package - All the food provided really superb. Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel übernachtet und es hat alle meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Von dem Moment an, als ich eintrat, war das Personal unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet und bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Stadt. Die Annehmlichkeiten waren erstklassig, von der luxuriösen Bettwäsche bis hin zum gut ausgestatteten Fitnessstudio und den Spa-Einrichtungen. Die Speisemöglichkeiten des Hotels waren außergewöhnlich, mit einer Vielzahl köstlicher Gerichte zur Auswahl. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung im Hotel einfach nur ausgezeichnet und ich kann es kaum erwarten, für einen weiteren Aufenthalt zurückzukehren. Vielen Dank

Was here for 1 night , room was clean no smell , receptionist so welcoming and polite especially mr fakri or fikri i forgot, he’s so nice though. Otherwise still hear people from another rooms, but im ok with that, and at night still hear about motocicle and car because so near with the road. Not recommended if you bring your own car bcs the parking lot not available. Not recommended about the massage as well , it’s just the lady need more training about massages. Overall about the room and place so nice, near from restaurant. With the affordable price , is worth to stay thanks

Ich liebe es🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 Für diesen Preis lohnt es sich wirklich, das Zimmer ist recht geräumig, hat eine Minibadewanne, direkten Blick auf die Stadt Jakarta, man bekommt auch Snacks!!!

Schönes Budgethotel mit sauberem und bequemem Bett. Die Zimmergröße ist ok, nicht so groß wie auf den Bildern, aber nicht schlecht. An Toilettenartikeln gibt es im Badezimmer nur ein Zahnbürstenset, ein Handtuch und Duschgel. Sie könnten Probleme beim Aufladen Ihrer Geräte haben, also bringen Sie besser einen passenden Stecker für die Steckdose mit, es ist ein runder Stecker. Sie stellen keine Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung, aber sie haben mehrere Wasserspender, an denen Sie Wasserflaschen füllen können. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und es war wirklich gut.

Ich konnte nicht mit anderen Hotels vergleichen, aber die Luftqualität in diesem Hotel ist gut. Es ist in der Nähe des Ocean Floyd-Bereichs mit dem nächsten großen Mall in Office. Einfach zu taxi gibt es zwei große Einkaufszentren in der Nähe des Fitnessstudios ist klein, aber die Lage ist OK. There’s within 2 km radius good facilities food high quality reasonable ones. They’re all fine so this is a good location. But the weekends really is the problem. It’s really easy to sell out and priced very priced over the weekend
