Zimmer so sauber , das Personal so schön und auch das Essen so wunderschön .. mein Mann sagte mir, dass dieses Hotel cool ist, weil das Zimmer hat ein Bundbett, so können wir unsere Familie begleiten .. It's a nice place to stay, comfy, cozy there's a cafe downstairs, there's no welcoming drink such as water. Luckily there's an Indomaret right next to it & the wifi isn't working but overall it's good.

Schönes Budgethotel mit sauberem und bequemem Bett. Die Zimmergröße ist ok, nicht so groß wie auf den Bildern, aber nicht schlecht. An Toilettenartikeln gibt es im Badezimmer nur ein Zahnbürstenset, ein Handtuch und Duschgel. Sie könnten Probleme beim Aufladen Ihrer Geräte haben, also bringen Sie besser einen passenden Stecker für die Steckdose mit, es ist ein runder Stecker. Sie stellen keine Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung, aber sie haben mehrere Wasserspender, an denen Sie Wasserflaschen füllen können. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und es war wirklich gut.

FFahmy ThoriqulDas Zimmer ist großartig und geräumig. Es ist vollkommen ausreichend für eine Gruppe, wenn Sie einen Aufenthalt für 3 bis 4 Personen pro Zimmer planen, und das ist budgetfreundlicher. Die anderen Einrichtungen wie das Schwimmbad, das Fitnessstudio und der öffentliche Platz sind ziemlich gut gepflegt. Es ist ziemlich schwierig, das Hotel selbst zu finden, wenn man bedenkt, dass es ein Nebengebäude ist und mit der Wohnung geteilt wird. Vielleicht war das einzige Problem, das ziemlich viel war, dass ich wirklich fast eine Stunde warten musste, um mein bestelltes Zimmer vorzubereiten.

GGuest UserService was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

Foodplates left outside of the room for too many hours at daytime (at least 5 hours) while the dirty sheets just a couple of hours.
Not hygenic cleaned room. Shower and bedroom had too much dirt that you can remove with your fingers. Also some old small hairs.
The floor carpet in the second building is very in need for a replacement.
I felt unease with a wedding that was there. Instead of escorting me past it or tell me another route in advance, i had to ask for what is allowed.
Later i tried to leave my room, but they were doing photoshoots. Again i asked for a different way out, but they told me i had to just wait. Luckily it didn't take hours for them to finish.
A loud music band was practicing earlier then 7 am already i think. Because i went for breakfast at 7 am.
I asked explicitly if the massage specialist were schools and had knowledge of all the muscle names, insertions and origos and know how all muscles were alligned. I was reassured. But the 30 minutes cheap massage i got (just 125.000 , paid 150.000) was horrible. The i think 30+ woman told me she hardly spoke English but had training at the hotel. But when experiencing it, i saw no knowledge at all of the basics of how to massage. Not feel the tissue below and respond, or to start with big hand surface, slowly go to kneeding and then smaller more intensive finger massage. When she finished she pointed at my **** later. So ofcourse these were not massage women, but just *********** for ******** with no massageskills at all. (I studied massage for 2 years in the past during a physical therapy university program).
Is it worth the price? I paid around 48 euros, including breakfast for 1 weekendnight. I think a fair price would be 20 to 25 or upgrade quality.
But the staff is really helpfull and always willing to assist in any way. For this i still had a good feeling about the place. Even received a personal call that the dining area was open till 22:00 and a live band was there??? I came in too late and they still knew my Roomnumber🤣. I also loved the interior design, but all needs to have a renovation or upgrade. Hopefully next time no weddings or loud wake up music

The room smells badly of cigeratte smoke, especially when the airconditioner is switch off. Window cannot be opened for airing and corridor smells even worse of cigeratte smoke.
Room aircon thermostat is probably not working and temperature can drop below 18C. Only way was to switch off the airconditioner but then the cigeratte smell gets extremely bad.
I did not have any good sleep during the entire stay.
Sad to see a Accor hotel so badly managed and maintain.

GGuest UserVor 2 Wochen haben wir dieses Hotel besucht, der Rezeptionist hat uns mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, der Buchungsprozess braucht nur einige Minuten, es gibt eine komfortable Lobby für warten und sehr breite Pool. Wir reservierten Suitezimmer, weil es das größte Zimmer für uns, Mutterschaftsfoto zu nehmen und es gibt Bad mit schöner Nachtstadtblick. BBQ Abendessengeschmack war großartig mit Butterreis, verschiedene frische Fische, Sirloin Ecke, Salatbar und viele Desserts. Frühstück Geschmack ist gut und meist indonesia traditionelles Essen, sollten Sie ihre Porridge versuchen. Zahnpasta mit hoher Qualität mit gekennzeichneten Zahnpasta. Checkout Prozess sehr schnell und nachdem gehen wir zu passar bar mit 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Besonderes Dank für die Empfangs- und Restaurantpersonal für Ihre freundlichen Dienstleistungen. Wir werden sicher zurück sein, wenn es eine Chance gibt.

Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit worn and rather small given the price though seems most other options in the area are also very expensive.

SSutobrotIch habe letzte Woche 3 Schlafzimmer Suite reserviert. Zuerst musste ich bei der Eincheckung fast 2 Stunden warten, bis ich mein Zimmer bekam, der TV, den ich hatte, war ziemlich zerbrochen, es hält nach 5 Minuten mit dem Gebrauch ab. Das Gas auch, es leckte. Wir riefen das Wartungspersonal an, sie waren alle super schnelles Ansprechen. Die Vibes waren ziemlich alt, aber der Klimaanlage war großartig. Wir waren fast gefroren. Ich liebte das Frühstück, sie öffnen bis 11 Uhr sicherlich noch einmal hier zu bleiben.
