The room itself was equipped with functional facilities, including a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and more. This thoughtful inclusion enhanced the convenience and comfort of my stay. In summary, Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta has undergone a positive transformation. While the initial glitches were a setback, the attentive staff and upgraded accommodations during my second stay redeemed the overall experience. Ich schlafe hier nicht wegen einer Geschäftsreise. Aber die Amaris in diesem Leck ist ziemlich komfortabel zu ruhen, das Hotelzimmer und das Badezimmer sind ziemlich sauber. I have been coming here since 2016 and Im writing from the room right now. The staff has gone above and beyond any other hotel here to make my stay comfortable AND doing so without charging additional fees. Did i mention affordable....Sure i've read some of the other reviews and sure its not a perfect place for some but if you are like me and like a quiet place (except for the Mosques chanting but thats everywhere) and low key base of operations, then this is the place for you! Ill be back here....

Decent local Indonesian Hotel. Upon checking in, I was told that the room category was fully booked but before I could protest, they said that they will upgrade me to a Junior Suite. Now, how is that for instant service recovery.....? The suite was cavernous with a separate living area and a large bedroom. The bathroom was well supplied with amenities and the big plus was the coffee machine in the livinging room which brewed excellent coffee. Breakfast was mostly local options and very decent. Service associates were very helpful and polite. Everyone seem very willing to helf. When I looked ”lost” trying to figure out what to have for breakfast, one of the service associates came up to me and asked if I needed help and he bothered to explain what the various breakfast options were and even recommended to me his personal favourite. All in all, a great experience.
