Hotels in Thamrin, Jakarta

Wir blieben in Aston wegen seiner Nähe zum Gambir Station, wo wir den Panoramazug nach Bandung nehmen. Was wir über das Hotel liebten ist es in der Nähe eines Malls, wo wir unser Abendessen hatten. Es gibt auch mehrere Banken hinter dem Hotel, das wir unsere Gelder zurückgezogen haben, und ein Komfortgeschäft (Indomaret) für Snacks. Der einzige Nebeneffekt ist es ziemlich weit vom Flughafen (ca. 1 Stunde plus Fahrt wegen des Verkehrs).

Great location,excellently service and variety of food for breakfast. Room is very spacious,and clean,aircond was very cool and clean air from the system. Love to stay in this hotel. Awesome hotel in the center of metropolitan city @ Jakarta.

Strategic location. Convenient location. Near to a shopping mall (less than 5mins walk across)  Down side is when your room is facing the Main Street, it could be kinda noisy at night, especially traffics horn etc.

We took the family king room which is to accomodate 3 adults. Check in time was 3pm, we arrived at 3.45pm but was told the room was not ready. However the staff at the check in counter gave us a temporary room (king deluxe room)to rest while we wait for our room to be ready. At 5pm they call saying the room was ready and we will be transfered to the our room. After we moved, we went out for dinner. At 10pm we went back to our room and realized that the sofabed was not ready and no pillow or blanket for the third adult to sleep. I call the guest service, and they came to set up. But i dont know what happened, they said the sofabed was broken so it cannot be set up. They will bring in an extra bed instead. The extra bed made the room less space to move around. I booked the room with sofabed is because i prefer to close it in day time so i have much space to roam around the room. That night also, i called the engineering team to repair the shower head holder. Because it seems not to hold the shower head properly which makes it difficult to use. They came an fixed it. But the next day, it became broken loose again. I gave up and just let it be. I dont expect this kind of room facilities from grand hyatt a five star hotel in Jakarta. Please maintain your rooms better. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly. I appreciate and extremely happy for that.

New property. Very polite and helpful staff. The units smell a bit too new - probably the polish or the finishing of equipment but once the air conditioning is on for a while the odour fades away or maybe we just got used to it. There is a shopping mall adjacent to the property but being brand new most shops and restaurants were still in finishing stages of decor. In summary this is still good value for money and a good experience.

The service is overwhelming in this hotel, they always very kind, helpful for our traveller. The front desk also very helpful that help me to solve when I out of cash but I need to pay the ehailing fee. They always having a smiling face to every customer. The room also been upgraded for us. The city view in the room is breathtaking so I would strongly recommend this hotel again.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was absolutely impeccable. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk with a refreshing drink and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room overlooking Bandaran. Upon entering our room, we found a thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting for us. One evening, while dining at the hotel restaurant, they delighted us yet again with a special anniversary cake. There wasn’t a single thing I could fault about this hotel—service, location, and ambiance were all perfect. A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer, Shifa, Yani, Palma, and Salvina for their exceptional care throughout our stay!

Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel übernachtet und es hat alle meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Von dem Moment an, als ich eintrat, war das Personal unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet und bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Stadt. Die Annehmlichkeiten waren erstklassig, von der luxuriösen Bettwäsche bis hin zum gut ausgestatteten Fitnessstudio und den Spa-Einrichtungen. Die Speisemöglichkeiten des Hotels waren außergewöhnlich, mit einer Vielzahl köstlicher Gerichte zur Auswahl. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung im Hotel einfach nur ausgezeichnet und ich kann es kaum erwarten, für einen weiteren Aufenthalt zurückzukehren. Vielen Dank

The services at the hotel were excellent. We enjoyed the fitness facilities and dinner offerings, which were both of high quality. The staff were exceptionally welcoming—their smiles were like sunshine, and it was evident that they are well-trained and dedicated to providing a positive guest experience. However, I was not entirely satisfied with the room. It had a large pillar in the middle, which was inconvenient and affected the overall layout. Additionally, the room was quite noisy throughout the day and night due to heavy traffic outside the windows. To make matters worse, it seemed that part of the hotel was undergoing renovation during my stay, and the constant noise from electric hammers was disruptive and made it difficult to relax. Despite these issues, I was so impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff that I convinced two of my colleagues to switch to your hotel for their stay. The well-trained team truly made a difference and left a lasting positive impression.

Der Service ist nett und das Hotel ist schön. Ich war schon dreimal in diesem Hotel Alles ist wunderschön, was die Lage in Wahid Hashem betrifft Die Preise sind nicht von Tag zu Tag festgelegt. Ich habe Ashleys Zimmer für zwei Tage an der Rezeption gebucht. Es ist überteuert und sehr teuer, weil ich einen Kühlschrank haben möchte. Er gab mir einen angemessenen Preis für das Zimmer und ich habe am letzten Tag zwei Zimmer eröffnet Ich hoffe, dass die Hotelleitung seit zwei Jahren in allen Zimmern Kühlschränke aufstellt. Ich hoffe, dass sich in Ihren Zimmern etwas ändert.
