Das Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta hat eine großartige Lage, die Kota Casablanca Mall ist nur etwa 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Einrichtung und Aufteilung des Hotels waren beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und das Essen war köstlich. Das Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtete, hatte Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und die Techniker konnten das nicht beheben. Mir wurde angeboten, in ein anderes Zimmer auf derselben Etage zu wechseln – das war ein faires Angebot. Sollte ich nach Jakarta zurückkehren, würde ich mich freuen, wieder hier zu übernachten!

Awesome place. Wir hatten eine tolle Erfahrung in diesem Hotel/Resort. Nahe dem Einkaufsbereich, aber nicht zu Fuß entfernt. Das Personal ist wirklich angenehm und hilfsbereit. Sie können jedoch den Geschmack ihrer Lebensmittel verbessern.

Okay hotel. Good location. Fast check in and out. Suggest to put at least one slipper in the room, we need it because we are not always bring sandals while traveling...

Gute Stimmungen über das Hotel, Zimmer war geräumig und gut. Ein Mini-Mart wäre für Hotelgäste alto der nahe gelegene Lotte Mart ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß, die Tor zu ihm ist um 9 Uhr geschlossen. Es war eine Drohung für uns spät zum Abendessen, die Suche nach billigen Essen und erschwinglichen Bier. Das Frühstück verbreitete sich gut. Ich mag die gepflückten Früchte. Es war sogar um 8 Uhr besetzt, schwer zu finden einen Tisch. Ich würde wieder zurückkehren.

Top notch hotel! It’s within walking distance to the airport. It offers a spa, small shop, and restaurant. The staff were really accommodating and helpful! It’s a great place to stay if you don’t want to spend hours in traffic to the airport. My only complaint is that they placed me on the ground floor near an exit door and in the peak of summer there were so many mosquitoes coming into my room. Would recommend they place a mosquito repellent in the rooms closest to the door.

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. She was in the room with me and on the p

Good location, next to lots of cafes and fast food. It was mostly clean, sasly linen was stained (what is wrong with Indonesia and stains?). Breakfast was overpriced, it's much cheaper to order includinf breakfast from trip.com, but it was mostly Insonesian and western options very limitted (to toast), also they make eggs but it's either very oily or very runny.

Dieses Hotel ist genau das, was wir von einem 4* Hotel erwartet hatten. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beschweren. Zimmer, Bettwäsche, Essen, Personal .. alles war hervorragend. Ich schätze das Personal und die Verwaltung dieses Hotels wirklich und wünsche ihnen viel Glück. Sie haben unsere Herzen und unsere Gedanken gewonnen.

Schönes Budgethotel mit sauberem und bequemem Bett. Die Zimmergröße ist ok, nicht so groß wie auf den Bildern, aber nicht schlecht. An Toilettenartikeln gibt es im Badezimmer nur ein Zahnbürstenset, ein Handtuch und Duschgel. Sie könnten Probleme beim Aufladen Ihrer Geräte haben, also bringen Sie besser einen passenden Stecker für die Steckdose mit, es ist ein runder Stecker. Sie stellen keine Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung, aber sie haben mehrere Wasserspender, an denen Sie Wasserflaschen füllen können. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und es war wirklich gut.

Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit Citygate und empfehle ich es für einen komfortablen und komfortabel Aufenthalt in Jakarta.
