Das Aufenthaltsverhältnis in Tendean Residence war eine unvergessliche Erfahrung, die ich nicht überlegen würde, um sich unabhängig vom Preis zurückzukehren. Leider war mein Schlaf wegen des übermäßigen Lärms der nahe gelegenen Straße und der beiden Moscheen stark gestört, die sich so fühlten, als wären sie direkt neben meinen Ohren. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer selbst schlecht gepflegt, mit vielen Kabinen und Objekten, die alt und runter scheinen. Wenn Sie einen ruhigen Schlaf und Reinigung einer Nacht wert, würde ich Ihnen diesen Ort nicht empfehlen.

Overall this is it’s really nice hotel and highly recommended to have shorts stay , the room was clean and the staff was helpful.. will come back again someday

I have never bothered to give a review, let alone leave bad comments, but this one is OUTRAGEOUS. Don’t even know where to start. I booked the twin superior room and when I arrived at 14.30, I need to wait for a half hour just to check in to the room. The hotel has an elevator but it is more like freight elevator to me. When I get to my floor, I was welcomed with trashes and pile of dirty linen JUST IN FRONT OF THE ELEVATOR. The hallway was also filled with used bottles and trashes in front of each room. When I got to my room, I was so suprised that the room was not anything like the pictures. It was really small and old, the bed was really uncomfortable and the TV is not working. Dissapointed with my room, I got back to the reception and asked for an upgrade room. They offered me superior room with extra Rp 150.000 and I decided to take it (of course w/o breakfast!). It was more spacious, but the worst has yet to come. First, the room smelled of cigarretes. Second, the AC is not cold at all. Third, the TV was blurred and the remote was not working. Fourth, the bathroom was really old and feels like public toilet. Fifth, when I wanted to order room service they did not answer my phone. It was really hot in the room that I couldnt stay for a long time inside. At night, I decided to c/o and book another hotel for my stay. In total I spent Rp 370.000 for room that felt like a garage. People, GET UR MONEY SOMEWHEREELSE. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Für ein günstiges Hotel hoffen wir, gut zu ruhen, so dass wir am nächsten Tag frisch sein und unsere Aktivitäten machen können. In diesem Hotel ist das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, ich kann gut ausruhen, Frühstück auch, es gibt etwas, das ich Ihnen vorschlagen, wenn Sie ein klareres Licht im Badezimmer haben, weil das Badezimmer ist, um den Körper zu reinigen, die Schäbe und andere. Kurze Flucht bei POP Keman war sehr gut. Ich blieb eine Nacht im Zimmer mit Blick auf Keman raya und es war nett für mich. Danke für alle Mitarbeiter für Ihre Hilfe. Dieses Hotel hat viel Parkplatz, so dass Sie sich nicht um Ihr Fahrzeug Sorgen machen müssen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist im Block M Mall, so dass das Abholen und Auslassen von der Hotelvordertür ein wenig verwirrend und nicht so einfach sein kann. Rufen Grab oder e Heiling Cab ist die beste Option. Aber das Gebiet ist sehr strategische, inmitten von Reihen von Einkaufskomplexen, sowohl lokale als auch internationale Marken, viele bequeme und hypermarkt nahe, viele Orte, um einen großen Kaffee zu fangen (der Kaffee hier ist großartig!), große Wahlen für Lebensmittel, und in der Nähe von MRT Blok M. Das Hotel selbst ist ein neues Hotel, schön und slank Innenraum, obwohl das Zimmer ein bisschen klein. Insgesamt lieben wir hier zu bleiben!

Ich mag das Konzept, schönes Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Dachbar ist so, Musik gespielt wurde nicht viel zu genießen (auf/off).. Voll von DJ’s Freund, dass ich fühle, es war eine private Party, die wenn es dann nicht sein sollte. Frühstück war großartig, Lebensmittel sind lecker.

I stayed at this hotel many times, this would be my second home, I love the room , it was clean and comfort, the receptionist dian was nice and help me to book the room everytime I stayed there. The little problem is only the air conditioner, sometimes it was cold but sometimes a bit warm, however overall the hotel was a good choice to stay !

The initial stay left much to be desired, with glitches here and there. Given the newness of the establishment, I had expected a seamless experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. However, the silver lining emerged during my second stay, transforming my perception. The staff at Citadines Gatot Subroto proved to be the game-changer. During my second visit, their responsiveness and helpfulness were outstanding. This positive shift significantly contributed to the improvement in my overall experience. A delightful surprise awaited me as my room was upgraded to the next category, providing a more spacious environment. The room itself was equipped with functional facilities, including a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and more. This thoughtful inclusion enhanced the convenience and comfort of my stay. In summary, Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta has undergone a positive transformation. While the initial glitches were a setback, the attentive staff and upgraded accommodations during my second stay redeemed the overall experience. As this newly-opened hotel continues to refine its operations, I anticipate even greater things in the future. Recommended for those who value helpful staff and functional amenities in a growing establishment.
