Hotel is far away from airport except that it is less than 10mins away from the Whoosh train station. Staff was great but there is not much things around the hotel and the hotel stuffs is abit old.

Perfect location for city lovers as it is very close to public transportation/LRT-Busway. Walking distance to plaza festival, setiabudi mall, Epicentrum (on renovation at the time). The place it self used to be Citadines and now changed into habitare, was here on 2019 and nothing changed except the name and deteriorating facilities. Aside from the friendly front desk, no upgrade at all, the room is just as before, we stayed at a one bedroom, spacious, lots of storage, the bathroom was quite dirty, the sofa and bedding and the towels were worn out, don't start with the pool, there is no towel, no guard, and the jacuzzi located along with the toilet looking just as tired as all around it, the toilet have no soap. I skipped breakfast so I don't know how the food was. Last, they only have 2 elevators, so there was long queue and crowded most of the time our suggestion; Just upgrade everything before it's too late.

Es war ok. Ich buchte ein King-Size-Bett, wurde ein Doppelzimmer unterer Etage gegeben. Das Zimmer zeigt Anzeichen von Missbrauch und Markierungen von Ruf und Blasen auf den Wänden. Der Pool ist schön, aber sehr schmutzig von den Blättern, die ständig von den umliegenden Poolbaumen fallen. Der Aufenthalt ist angenehm. Essen ist etwas teuer. 1 Bier ist fast der gleiche Preis von 1 Gericht.

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Große Lage. nahe Sarin und Tharmin Busstation. Anfrage für Nichtraucherzimmer. Wurde informiert, dass nicht rauchendes Zimmer nicht garantiert ist und nur gegeben, wenn verfügbar . Glücklicherweise wurde ein Nichtraucherzimmer und damit das gute Rating gegeben.

Good location, next to lots of cafes and fast food. It was mostly clean, sasly linen was stained (what is wrong with Indonesia and stains?). Breakfast was overpriced, it's much cheaper to order includinf breakfast from trip.com, but it was mostly Insonesian and western options very limitted (to toast), also they make eggs but it's either very oily or very runny.

Schönes Budgethotel mit sauberem und bequemem Bett. Die Zimmergröße ist ok, nicht so groß wie auf den Bildern, aber nicht schlecht. An Toilettenartikeln gibt es im Badezimmer nur ein Zahnbürstenset, ein Handtuch und Duschgel. Sie könnten Probleme beim Aufladen Ihrer Geräte haben, also bringen Sie besser einen passenden Stecker für die Steckdose mit, es ist ein runder Stecker. Sie stellen keine Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung, aber sie haben mehrere Wasserspender, an denen Sie Wasserflaschen füllen können. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und es war wirklich gut.

Ich konnte nicht mit anderen Hotels vergleichen, aber die Luftqualität in diesem Hotel ist gut. Es ist in der Nähe des Ocean Floyd-Bereichs mit dem nächsten großen Mall in Office. Einfach zu taxi gibt es zwei große Einkaufszentren in der Nähe des Fitnessstudios ist klein, aber die Lage ist OK. There’s within 2 km radius good facilities food high quality reasonable ones. They’re all fine so this is a good location. But the weekends really is the problem. It’s really easy to sell out and priced very priced over the weekend
