Chirag Haveli - Near Golden Fort

Superb experience very humble staff clean the hotel and best typ all service good against visit them i was sty in this hotel

This is one of the worst stays that we have ever had, one of our friends also booked a room and had to share the similar experience. The rooms are not at all clean and maintained, bedsheets are not cleaned, and the bathroom is not clean. The hotel staffs are sleeping in the lobby even after seeing us while checking out, it was in the afternoon, not even early in the morning.

Great hotel in Jaisalmer near about fort. A boutique hotel with great hospitality. Thanks for memorable desert tour provide by chirag haveli management. Staff behaviour is too good. Jaisalmer is very polite city.and very nice fort view .

had an amazing experience at Chirag Haveli during my solo trip to Jaisalmer. The location is unbeatable—right near the fort—with beautiful traditional architecture. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were super helpful, offering great tips for exploring the city. The rooftop view of the fort at sunset was a highlight, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Jaisalmer!

Non specious ,dirty rooms.Bathroom's tiles were very much dirty...there was crack in the floor.Only 2 small soaps were given as toiletries.Bedsheets were stained so as the curtain.Lack of proper illumination in the rooms.There was no furniture where one can keep things.No place to sit except bed.On request they gave 2 wooden basic chair.One has to ask in the reception for each small thing starting from complementary tea sachet.There we saw only one person who is taking care of reception part,doing cleaning, showing rooms i.e all in one kind of thing.Complementary breakfast is of very very narrow range.Only one positive thing is it's rooftop restaurant's location ( just front of golden fort) & foods were also tasty.But comparing to the price the hotel gave us very unsatisfactory experience.We booked this hotel as per Google's review & experience was very much disappointing.

Had to change midway. We want our refund. for a room where we couldn’t stay 30 minutes. It was very unhygienic.
