The hotel has spacious, comfortable and clean rooms which benefit from both aircon and ceiling fans. There’s a rooftop restaurant serving meals and also a refreshingly cool, swimming pool. The safari was amazing. From the moment we left in the jeep, taking in a couple of interesting stops to transferring to our camels for the journey into the desert proper. Our guide ROJAY (request him if possible- a genuinely good guy) was attentive without being overly so and he ensured we had everything we needed. The hotel’s owner, Abu, is a friendly, if somewhat eccentric guy- great entertainment

I did not feel safe staying here (solo, female, 18-25 yrs). I wrote a negative review on Hostelworld then got an email justifying what happened by saying it was a misunderstanding (as the manager didn’t know English). However, no miscommunication could explain him trying to lure me into a bedroom to “talk”. After I refused he still wanted to talk (I thought it was about money). So I went to the cafe on the roof top, he asked me personal questions which had no relevance to payment. Clearly he was taking advantage of the fact I was staying alone, because I had friends the rest of the time, and he didn’t bother me then. He kept bothering me every time I was in the lobby asking to talk, I ended up booking another hostel, and boy was it worth it! The pool was the only thing that made me book it, but algae was growing in it, and so I didn’t even think about swimming in it. The bathrooms reeked, the food at the cafe was not cooked properly as I had food poisoning for days after. If you want to feel safe, don’t book here.

Hotel is very clean and calm . Hotel staff is very helpful. It’s near from Jaisalmer fort. I felt very comfortable in this room. Hotel has swimming pool and rooftop restaurant . Hotel has also desert safari plans for visiting desert. It’s nice to stay in Jaisalmer

We spend 5 days in Abu safari hotel , we had very nice room whit a fort view, bed was very good and the place is very calm. We also went for a desert safari, first time for me to sleep under the stars and riding camel! Defintly most amazing expiriance !

Abu safari is the best restaurant. It has good view point and also very comfortable stay. And its near to access from the city. I really recommend to everyone. The service was very good. There is a cafe at the top of the restaurant and its also has city view from top

What an amazing time I had at Abu Safari Hostel in Jaiselmer. This is my fourth visit and I will definitely be going again! The Hostel is clean and the rooftop restaurant is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. The trip to the desert was beautiful. Thanks Everyone! See you again soon.

Talk to the owner before confirming. And must visit as very near to the fort and offers an array of services like safari and all. You can also book scooty here. In a word, all services under one roof.

Our experience here was awesome staff was too cool here We met a chapati *** here who ate 27 chapati at a time Behaviour of all the staff was too good they treat you not as a tourist they treat you as a family hospitality was too good here Its was a great experience here if any one visit Jaisalmer I'll recommend to stay at Abu safari the price was too much affordable and the facilities was too good I'm having a great experience here they give us a package in outstanding price range which includes jungle safari camels ride night stay in dessert resort and the night program and Rajasthani cultural dance and events in the desert resort was awesome nd in night we are dinner there in rajasthani local food daal bati churma and rice that was totally mind blowing on the next there was literally a mahefil there in the night where we do dance together and experienced a great night
