Himmatgarh Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel

Feel like that we are in (original) Rajasthani Palace, special mention is the food that they served to us is very authentic and as per our preferences told to them, the place is very calm and quite, room given to us is fort view room near to swimming pool, we had beautiful sunrise from our room with lots of bird chanting over all best experience.

The place is beautiful as it overlooks the Jaisalmer Fort . The rooms are quite unique and cozy. Has a beautiful pool . Mr Param the owner was really nice and helpful all the way starting from bookings till the end. Food was like home cooked . Overall a pleasant experience.

Food was good and staff was cooperative specially the view at night, got the best view of jaisalmer fort at night the stay was overall pleasant. Specially the sunrise in the morning was cool and the pool was cool. The stay was amazing and the place is photogenic

We have stayed here for 1 night (from 5th Feb to 6th Feb 25). We had booked 4 Luxury Burj Fort Rooms for 8 guests through our Tour Agent - Rajasthan Holidays. One of my pathetic experiences in a 30star property so far. Please find below the reasons: 1. Bed lines were stinky, dirty 2. Pillow covers were torn and dirty 3. The commode's flush push buttons were broken 4. No water glasses were provided 5. No hand towels were provided 6. Most of the electric points do not work in the rooms 7. Rooms were dirty in general 8. The AC could not be switched off in one room, and nobody was available to help. Two senior citizens had to sleep with the AC on even though it was not required. 9. Bathroom doors in all the rooms were very tight and difficult to operate for us.  10. Food was below average. 11. They gave us orange as part of the breakfast. All the oranges were rotten inside which we threw away on our way to the next destination. I called up the manager and told and showed all the above points. I complained to my Travel Agency as well. When the Travel Agency checked with the Manager, he said - there was no issue and he was not sure why the guests complained like this. The manager was extremely arrogant and commented - "At this price, you can expect only this much". I would not recommend this property at all. I would ask our Travel Agency, Rajasthan Holidays, to remove it from their list as it would only spoil their reputation.

We checked in property a day back... beautiful property with view, food was delicious, staff is very polite and helpful & very cooperative............ Highly recommend for fa.ily travelers.......................................

Fantastic resort in the desert. The dancing in the evening show was geat fun. Our host, Arvinf looked after us well and was great company. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They found a really knowledgeable local guide who took us into the desert to see the very rare Great Indian Bustard, Desert Wheatear etc. It was a remarkable experience.
