Great hospitality..we needed special attention for our infant and the staff was simply amazing..The staff was very friendly, cooperative and provided service instantly as and when we requested.. The room was very spacious and very clean.. Thank you

This place is nicely located within the very small Jaisalmer town. We had sneak peek of the golden fort from our room. The rooms are large and spacious but lack any aesthetics senses what so ever. There are glasses ***** the wall covered with flimsy curtains. The shower area though large does not have a cabinet. And the water spill all the way in front of bathroom entry door. All in all good location but no eye for details.

Rooms are nice and full with all necessary amenities, best restaurant with awesome all kind of foods, also great view and nearby with all the important places to visit in jaisalmer. Truly remarkable experience and good location to enjoy evening dinner with folk music and open roof top.

The best hotel experience I had so far, and I (w/Swiss) travelled in more than 41 countries around the world and lived myself in Delhi for two years and travelled extensively troughout India. Nitin who started this business together with this two brothers became our friends within the recent Diwali weekend. Their hospitality, friendliness and great support were exceptional. Bhawan, whom they organized was a great Jaisalmer guide who showed us his city on a half day tour and the off-tourist desert experience with Babu and Sabu is one of our highlights during a 1,5 week holiday trough Rajasthan - a true gem of a trip and stargazing night. The food at the hotel is so tasty, you only want to eat there, the view of the panoramic restaurant is magic and the rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and very clean.

Nice place to visit!!! The best hotel to stay in Jaisalmer is located on the outskirts where it will be one of the few places where you can find peace. The staff is charming and ready to help you with anything you need, spacious rooms and a very complete breakfast. Definitely highly recommended. If I come back I will definitely stay here.

The room is good. Neat, spacious. They bumped us to a suite without extra cost. But mostly to appease us for an hour long wait to check in. The view of the fort and the city from the restaurant is good. We ordered Chinese, which was good too. Breakfast was so so, not worth the price. For a hotel that charges around INR 6000 for a room, they don't know or care the first things about hospitality. They don't offer room service. The guests are expected to have their meals at the restaurant, which would be fine if the tables were cleaned of the remnants of the last few meals that were had on it. For breakfast, you will be able to reminisce what you had for dinner last night from the food spills still on it unattended. The hotel reception is hardly manned. If you are lucky to get through to them on the intercom, you can expect more 'I don't know-s' than you have ever heard from a hotel reception. 'Do you have an ironbox?' "I don't know.' "Has the restaurant started serving breakfast?" "I don't know." Also, even when they answer, you can expect wrong answers with no sorrys or thank yous. During our week long trip through various cities of Rajasthan, sorry to say this is the worst level of hospitality that we encountered. The check out is at 10 30am, with the 2pm checkin (1pm originally, but delayed by an hour) and 10 30am checkout, it was hardly a day's stay for a INR 6000. We were hoping to extend check out time by an hour but by the end, we couldn't wait to exit the place. Will never recommend this place to anybody.
