We spend three days with Himanshu and his wife Deepti in their lovely homestay. The room we stayed in was comfortible, spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. The staff as well as Himanshu and his wife took great care of us and ensured that we had everything we needed. On top of that the food was decent, especially the vegeterian dinner variations. The city centre and the old town can be reached easily from the Hotel. Thank you for a great stay in Jaipur!

We had a wonderful time! We would definitely recommend trying their food. It is absolutely delicious! The Hosts are very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. All in all we enjoyed our trip! I would for sure stay here again :)

Absolutely amazing food! It’s been days since we went to Pratap Bhawan and I still remember the taste. Everything was just perfect. And Himanshu Jis hospitality was a Cherry on the top ✨✨ Highly recommend the Nimaj style Khaata, Mutton Kebab, Kacchi sarson ka maas, and Bharwan Baingan 🧡

We recently stayed for 3 days in their beautiful cottage with a nice sit out . The cottage was tastefully done, with keeping in mind all small necessities and comforts. We had an excellent time with Mr Himanshu( the host) who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The food is excellent , and one must try Mr Himanshu cooked specialties. The staff , took care of all our needs and were very helpful too. It was nice coming back here after full day , welcomed with a warmth and smile( unlike hotels) Thank you Team Pratap Bhavan, we are definitely coming again soon.

We had an amazing stay at Partap bhawan . Himanshu and Deepti are amazing hosts, helped us with everything. The food is to die for . Ashok is very sweet and takes care of every small requirement. Rooms are neat so is the bathroom. Loved our stay and we are definitely coming back !!

We didn't stay here but visited for a cooking demonstration and meal. It was a highlight of our trip to India. Himanshu, Deepti and their extended family were wonderful hosts. The cooking demonstration was really interesting, the food provided for dinner was wonderful, and best of all was eating with the family and sharing interesting conversations about India. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible dining experience at a home stay in Jaipur hosted by Himanshu. Himanshu, ***** with his warm and welcoming family, truly made our dinner memorable. As a group of 10 people, we were treated with the utmost hospitality and care. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the home-cooked meal prepared by Himanshu and his family. The food was absolutely delicious and undoubtedly the best we have ever had. Himanshu even graciously shared the recipes with us, adding a personal touch to our culinary experience. We adored Himanshu and his family for their kindness, generosity, and genuine hospitality. Our dinner at the home stay was a true delight, and we cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking for a unique and authentic dining experience in Jaipur. Thank you, Himanshu, for an unforgettable evening!

We had a fabulous time, outstanding meal and great conversation. We were warmly greeted and enjoyed conversation in their drawing room. Himanshu shared with us the spices he was using and why. It was a very interesting experience assisting to make a dish for dinner. It was fun and we learned a lot. A wonderful experience!

Himanshu and his family are the most generous hosts and a visit to their home warms the heart. I highly recommend staying with this family when you visit Jaipur. The most important factor is that the food is next level A-mazing! Himanshu taught my daughter and I how to cook one of this family’s favourite dishes. We are forever grateful for the knowledge shared not to mention the great conversation. There are also some wonderful stories about India’s wildlife- including big cats - with spectacular photographs to match.
