14. Oktober 2024. Meine Meinung zu Rainbow Hotel Jagdalpur. Ich kenne dieses Hotel, weil ich 2011 und 2015 dort war. 9 Jahre! Ich hatte eine sehr gute Aufnahme. Ein großes Zimmer. Das Haus ist fast jeden Tag, außer zum Anfang vielleicht. Ich würde es lieber tun, wenn ich sie bitte. Besonders die Ohrhörner und ihre Schnecken müssen perfekt sein. Die am ersten Tag waren schmutzig, die Halbschrott und auch schmutzig. Die neuen sind unverflucht. Meine Zimmer geben auf der Straße im Norden. Es ist frisch. Das Klima und die Belüftung funktionieren gut. Das warme Wasser ist sehr warm. Ich mag die Dusche mit den Verschlüssen und regele so die Wassertemperatur selbst. Und das ist billiger in Wasser. Auch wenn es jedem egal ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es gab nicht oft Yaourt (dahi), Schade. Auch nicht oft idlis, die ich liebe. Aber es ist sehr gut und der Service sehr gut. Ein weiteres Beispiel wäre die Bereitstellung von Kundenberatung für die verschiedenen Besuchsstellen. Insbesondere, pour prendre les transports vers les villages comme Dentewada, Barsur, les chutes d'eau comme Chitrakot, et les marchés locaux de Tokapal, Lohandiguda ou Geedam. We loved Bastar Jungle Resort, and we were well looked after by the very kind Mr Gerrard and his team. The resort is set away off the beaten track, surrounded by forest. The dawn and dusk birdsong of the forest was very special, and I slept unbelievably well. The rooms were enormous, with comfy beds, and huge bathrooms with excellent showers and hot water. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and it was great to have the space to spread out stuff after a number of days of dusty travelling. The large verandahs attached to the rooms were perfect for sitting out for our evening tipple before heading to supper. It was calm and peaceful and we were sorry to leave. To manage expectations, the resort does need a little love and attention, and a good gardener is needed to tame some of the out of control plants which would benefit from cutting back, but on the other hand, we all just thoroughly enjoyed the slightly wild nature of the place, and the peace. And we much enjoyed meeting Mr Gerrard.

Rooms are very spacious, clean and staff behaviour is very good. Hotel is in a prime location, restaurant is there. Food is also tasty. Overall a nice experience. I reached around 2 am in the morning and they allowed me early checkin also.

Wunderbarer Service. Super sauberes Zimmer. Ich habe viel Wärme vom Personal bemerkt. Ich werde zurückgehen und für zwei weitere Tage in einer Zeit bleiben.

Wir waren nur essen und war gut zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis, nehmen wir uns durch, während wir in eine andere Stadt reisen, aber es war alles ein richtiges Geschenk mit diesem Restaurant. Und jetzt bitten Sie mich, mehr,,, aber das ...

Hotel is neat clean and quite comfy, some may find bathroom bit small. Staff was very courteous and room service is pretty cheap. Overall had nice stay and would definitely recommend.

I am a localite and I had booked earlier for our marketing team who visit Koraput every week. They used to have a good service but off-late its service has been horrible. For booking you can do it over phone. I had called yesterday and had asked to book a room. They confirmed that room is available. When I provided my details, the guy on the phone the said that they have enough rooms and you can come down as no one will book so late in the night. After reaching, the new guy had come in the shift. Although the room was there, he said that he won't accept it if you don't do advance booking. I asked him the process of advance booking over the phone. He said that you need to give your name, which I had given. If his colleague has not noted, then it is their problem. It was strange as he was very rude while talking about this. No sense of how customer support should be provided. And it was further shocking as they had empty rooms. His other colleagues also didn't agree as how would a customer know if someone at their end over the phone has noted the details or not. His name is Mr. Dharmendra. He also made some personal remarks. And also asking me to rather bang his colleague the next day.

Location is good. Though the property is an old one but still the room condition was perfect. They care a lot about cleanliness. Food is excellent. Staffs are very well behaved. Response time from staffs at par with any star hotel. Overall a very nice experience.
