Das ist das #1 Produkt, über das wir mit unseren Kunden sprechen, ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern, als ich das letzte Mal dieses Serviceniveau erhielt, von der Eincheckung, um uns mit unserem Gepäck zu helfen, zum Server, der uns Erfrischungen bringt, Zur Generalmanagerin, die zu unseren Hunden kam. Darius war unser Diener, der mir geholfen hat, alles aus dem oberen Teil meines Autos zu bekommen. Zachary, Keymoe und Euryo waren auch erstaunlich (Bitte lassen Sie mich wissen, ob ich Ihre Namen falsch geschrieben habe). Wir haben bereits unseren nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht.

Die Lage des Hotels ist recht gut. Nah am Strand. Gehen Sie zum Spiel und gehen Sie direkt zum Boot. Es handelt sich um eine Hin- und Rückfahrkarte. Das Frühstück ist lecker und nicht teuer. Asiaten sollten es mögen. Abgesehen vom Parken ist es etwas schwierig. Andere Einrichtungen sind nicht schlecht.

My wife and I celebrated our 40th anniversary in April. We wanted to be located near good food, shopping and highway access. We were pleased with the cleanliness and room accomodations. What pleased me and my wife was the 5 Star service we received from the Homewood Suites Hotel staff. We were greeted with a friendly smile. We are Hilton Honors guest and travel through out the United States, staying at various Hilton properties. This was our most pleasant stay. The team of Cheryl Horne,Ussette,Amy,Ms Kim and Murak made us feel at home. It is so hard to experience good customer service but this was 5 star service. I believe that this team should receive some type of positive recognition. GREAT JOB! You made our 40th anniversary so nice. Thank you, Don Samuels

This hotel was in a great location, especially if you didn't rent a car. There were so many places to walk to...restaurants, breweries, gas station, CVS, etc. And they were good restaurants! The place was clean and it has a beautiful pool in the back of the building. The gym was handy and they have complimentary breakfast with many items to choose from. Like any hotel it had a few kinks, but what made it great were the team members at the front desk, specifically Armenia and Andy. Both of them were so friendly, so helpful, so cheery and accommodating. I did not find out until after dealing with Andy that he is the manager. And Armenia couldn't say enough great things about him and his managing style. He treats them all as a team and even further...as a family! My company treats everyone the same way, so I admire this style. Cheers to you Andy! Marriott is lucky to have you.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut.

Upon check in, the hotel lobby smelled strongly of vaping, reception was notably rude, the elevator smelled dirty, the hall had a seperate notable disgusting odor, and the hotel room had it's own musty, unclean odor. The shower did not drain properly and I stood in ankle deep water washing my hair. Attached is a photo of the ring left in the tub from our use, and I it is unlikely this much residue was generated by our overnight stay. Note the mold on the shower curtain liner. This was the darkest Sheraton hotel room we've stayed in. The pillows were notably uncomfortable, the mattress not much better. The next morning when I called the front desk to let them know about the faulty drain and offered to send a photo of the ring of soap residue in the tub, hotel reception disconnected our call. Upon checking out, when I asked about speaking with the general manager, I was told he would email us, and no such email was received. Overall, this poor quality of hotel and service is not what we would hope for from Four Points by Sheraton.

Cleanliness: very clean Sleep Quality: poor. The mattresses are Terrible, both of the queen beds. They need new ones. Back pain is guaranteed in the morning if you can fall asleep. The single AC unit is very loud. Amenities: the pool is not opened. On a hot day, we were looking to cool down in the pool. Staff/Service: very nice and friendly front desk. They acknowledged and greeted us as valued Elite Marriott members. Property/Facilities: the hotel opened on February 10th, 2023. We stayed there five months later. Rooms are spacious and clean although entrance to hotel from the street is challenging. The room is spacious, and the kitchenette is very small. Housekeeping is sub-optimum as they did not provide cups for coffee maker and did not replace the drinking plastic cups with unopened ones. This is major hygiene violation. The bathroom towels are beaten up…. Passed their lifetime by several months. Breakfast beside being mediocre at its best …. lacking variety, it is first come first serve. If you want fruits, you need to come early at least 90 minutes before closing. Eggs are terrible. Location: excellent location just off the main freeway. Value: the cheaper price way paid is not worth it (compared with other similar category hotels in the area) because of all the faults I mentioned above. Overall rating! 2.5 out of 5 (being nice) Recommendations: I will not stay there again for sure, and I do not recommend it to anyone. Pay extra somewhere else and have a good night sleep.

Wir fahren aus Pennsylvania und haben bereits angerufen, um dem Front Desk wissen zu lassen, dass wir vielleicht spät über Mitternacht kommen würden. Der Herr am Telefon war sehr angenehm, uns den Service zu beruhigen ist 24/7 so dass wir gut sein sollten, unser Zimmer zu bekommen, wenn wir da waren. Wir erreichten das Hotel um 2:45am und die Dame am Frontdesk hatte so schlechte Einstellung zu sagen, wir mussten 35-40 Minuten warten, weil sie eine Audit ohne Kontrolle hatte, wenn wir bereits angerufen haben, um das Hotel zu prüfen und unsere Situation zu informieren. Ich war uns nicht so überlegt, wie unglaublich sie uns alle nach der langen Fahrt so spät in der Nacht an das Hotel anschaute und fragte uns immer noch, für 35-40 Minuten zu warten. Sie hat uns zu akzeptieren, dass die Prüfung für sie wichtig war und wir mussten warten, bis sie ihre Prüfung abgeschlossen. Es tut mir leid, aber das ist für regelmäßige Kundenservice nicht akzeptabel, allein Doubletree verwaltet von Hilton, die immer oben der Liniendienst hat. Ich war so besorgt und später entschuldigt, dass ich mit ihr fahren wollte und ich müde war, aber sie hat mich nicht einmal angesehen und hat uns nur so eine Einstellung gegeben. Sie sollte diejenige sein, die sich für die Warte entschuldigt hat, aber ich war anständig genug, um das zuerst zu tun. Ich kann mir einfach nicht vorstellen, wie eine Person mit schlechten Kommunikationskompetenzen, schlechten interpersonellen Kompetenzen als Frontdesk funktionieren kann, die Schlüsselrolle für den Kundenservice in der Hotelindustrie. Der 3 Punkt auf der Skala, den ich gesetzt habe, war für den Komfort des Zimmers selbst.

I'm a Gold level Marriott member so I write this with genuine disappointment, especially as outside of this event this was mr new 'go-to' hotel when I needed to come to Jacksonville for medical at Mayo. I'm in my 2nd of a 2 night stay. I had a had a medical procedure this morning which required putting me under. I returned to my room and rested for a few hours and then found the bathroom heavily flooded. I went to the front desk to ask for help and no one was there. I waited and some guy told me to hold on, he'd go find someone. Eventually, a front desk guy named Melvin came out who was unproductive and oddly discourteous in a way that was unearned and about him. I told the problem and after some confusion he was able to contact engineering to come meet us at the front desk. While waiting, I asked him if he could see if there was availability for another room. He said ”No, I can't move you until engineering says the problem can't be fixed. Plus, we're pretty full.”I said ”yes but if you could just check if availability exists as I've just had a medical procedure and am exhausted,” a d held up my bandaged srm from where the IV just was hours ago. He then said no, rolled his eyes, and argued with me which was weird because I wasn't arguing with him. The Palmene the engineer arrived and asked my room number, 723, and he immediately told Melvin and me no one is supposed to be in that room as there is a roof leak which isn't his fault because the roof guys hadn't fixed it yet. I asked Mel in if he could now check if other rooms were available? He said no, ot until the engineer goes with me to the room. I asked ”why nit just give me a key now to a new room so I could directly pack, switch rooms and then return the key to the flooded room? Palmene the Engineer agreed and started explaining and literally mid-sentence Melvin started helping someone else who randomly walked up to ask a question about parking. I asked Melvin to please resolve one problem at a time and he refused. It was really sincerely weird; rude in such a misplaced way that it was farcical. So Palmene and I went to the room, he immediately knew where the roof leak in the bathroom was, repeated that the room should never have been occupied nor I put in it. He kindly ran to get me new room keys and a luggage dolly so I could pack to move. He returned with them and helped solve the problem and apologized for Melvin acting rudely and unconstructively. After packing and switching rooms I took the dolly down to the lobby and Melvin came up to tell me i could have just it in the hallway instead of nust saying thanks for returning it. This is a flooded room on a medical procedure day exasperated a really incompetent front desk guy with a poor attitude.
